  My husband and I stayed in the beautiful condo for the Month of October, 2012 and it was everything we hoped for and more. The reviews are all accurate and we were more than pleased with the condo and the overall experience. Very clean, modern and close to everything including a great pool area and the beach is just steps away. Cannot recommend this condo highly enough. Biloxi itself is a interesting place to see with lots of great restaurants, places to see and close to other interesting places. You could not go wrong by renting this condo.

  I searched and searched for a high end condo for a great rate and... I found it! I was so excited to see the place, and when I finally walked in... I was amazed!! If you are like me, and over pack thinking you are going to leave something.. worry no more! They had EVERYTHING you could think of, and then some. Everytime I opened up another draw I found something else I couldn't believe they would provide for us! Just to name a few bathroom items... Tootpaste, blow dryer, shampoo & conditioner, hand wash, body wash, body lotion, sunscreen, hair caps, razors, and PLENTY of towels and wash clothes. The kitchen was stocked better then mine at my own home! They had shot glasses, wine glasses, and even a shaker to make your own drinks/shots! These little touches that you think they would have forgetten, they didnt! They even provided a few beach items! Like floaties, small ice chest, flash lights for night time, and beach towels! Everything was perfect at the condo. From the big master bathroom and bed, to the double balconies that I really enjoyed! The beach is right across the street, and not a far walk at all! You do not have to pick up your keys from a different location, they are on sight which makes it very easy and convinient. You also never have to worry about forgeting or losing a key! lol Getting intouch with the owner, Tony is very easy and he is very nice! He will help you with anything and answer any question you may have! One of the best vacations I ever had! I would like to recommend Ship Island to everyone looking for a great boat ride, white sandy beaches, and clear blue water!! Thanks for letting us stay at your condo! Next time I come to Biloxi, I will be staying here! -Rachel

  Our recent stay at Tony's condo was great. We had a wonderful time, the condo was just as described, Actually even better. It was very beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the most well stocked condo I have ever stayed at. He thought of every neccessity you would ever need. The photos on the site are exactly what you get. The condo is across the street from the beach and my children and I were able to walk across the street, (which had a crosswalk) and enjoy the fireworks for the 4th of July. The pool was very nice, relaxing and well taken care of. It was a nice relaxing time as it wasn't so commercialised as with some places I have been.. We mostly played on the beaches, and swam. We were only there for a short time, but would love to go back in the future. Tony was very helpful with information, answering emails and super nice to work with. You won't go wrong renting here if you are looking for a home away from home.. Thank you for allowing us to stay, we will contact you in the future for our next vacation to the gulf.

• Great Condo

  This condo is immaculate, tastefully furnished and decorated. The kitchen is well equpped with everything a cook might want. There are some extra nice things such as toiletry items, beach equipment, and tennis equipment. We have rented many condos in the past, but this has been the best. We arrived late on a Saturday evening to find that the entire complex was without water. After being unable to get a satisfactory answer as to what the problem was and when it might be resolved, we called Tony, the owner. He responded immediately. He contacted those working on the water problem and kept us updated as to the situation. He also offered to put us up in a hotel until the water was restored. The following morning the problem, a broken main, was repaired. Tony's response and concern for our welfare was mmuch appreciated. From past experience, I doubt most other owners would have been so quick to respond or so concerned. It demonstrated to us that Tony really cares for his clients. Tony gets our vote for VRBO owner of the year! We will return.

  The condo was excellent and there in an elevator in the building if you want to avoid stairs. The owner made sure even the smallest details were taken care of. There are games and lots of movies provided for you. The location is very good and it sits back far enough to not be bothered with road noise. It has a good view of a great pool that you have access to. We felt safe, clean, and comfortable here. There are lots of attractions within walking distance including the beach, souvenirs, and gambling if you desire. I can’t say enough about this rental. It would definitely be on the top of our list if we return to Biloxi/Gulfport area. The only negative would be the outside hallway needs a little updating, although we saw maintenance working around the grounds everyday keeping the buildings maintained and the landscaping taken care of.

  I had the good fortune to find this great condo for my extended stay of four months. The unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed. There was everything I needed for a long stay plus many extras. I walked the beach regularIy and wished I had brought my bike to cover more of the miles of beachfront available. I felt welcomed and comfortable and had NO issues during my stay. The owner checked in with us a couple times to make sure there were no problems. I will definately recommend this condo to others and hope it is available for me when I get back to the Biloxi area.

  The property is in an excellent location, is spacious and very clean, and has every amenity you can imagine. Tony has furnished his condo with all the conveniences one could imagine and it is obvious that he takes great pride in making sure his guests are not lacking in any of the comforts of home. My parents stayed for a week in April and said that it was the most comfortable place they had ever stayed at. Tony was extremely helpful in making sure that the entire booking process was smooth and that my parents would have no worries. I would recommend Tony's condo without any reservations and hope to visit myself in the near future.

  Our situation was a little different than a vacation. We were in search of a peaceful, relaxing, restful, quiet apartment or condo for a minimum of a month stay while we dealt with a difficult problem. Tony's condo TOTALLY fit our needs! The best part (for me) was the cleanliness of the beds. The pillows were even fresh. We were able to deal with a difficult situation and relax in between meetings and appointments. We drank coffee each morning on the master suite balcony overlooking the pool. The beach is just across the street. We enjoyed long relaxing afternoon walks and brought all kinds of seashells home. The condo is decorated with every attention to detail. Colors were chosen with great care. I enjoy cooking. There wasn't one single item missing from the kitchen that I needed. To my amazement, all the items in the kitchen were very good quality; extremely well stocked with everything imagined that one would need for any recipe! The grounds and pool were well kept. The building was quiet. We were there during Cruisin’ The Coast. Tony even mentioned and prepared our expectations for the excessive traffic and noise during that week. He thoughtfully suggested an "escape route" from the back of the property (which we used often)! Even though we could hear the cars, it wasn't disturbing noise. We've traveled extensively for 25 years and have rented and leased many, many condos, hotels and R.V.'s. Tony's condo is the very best, by far, that we've ever stayed at! He has given every thought to comfort and convenience for any need. The condo is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, casinos and entertainment. We aren't gamblers, but did use the more upscale casinos for entertainment and relaxing after dinner cocktails. As for Tony himself, he was very considerate, accommodating and helpful; A pleasure to do business with. We returned home relaxed and renewed. Words can not express how much we appreciated Tony's thoughtful attention to every imaginable detail and necessity in his condo.

• Weekend Getaway!

  First of all, I would like to say "Thank You!" once again to Tony for such wonderful accomodations for our weekend getaway! The condo is absolutely spectacular! The pictures just don't do it justice and the price was very reasonable. If anyone is looking for a relaxing time away where you don't have to worry about anything, this condo is for you. Tony has thought of everything to make it a very enjoyable experience. He was also very kind and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. He had great suggestions for places to visit and dine at while we were in the area. One place he was unaware of was Steve's Marina in Gulfport. I have to say that was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The view was gorgeous as we sat outside on the deck of the restaurant. The food was delicious too. However, our waiter (David) was rude from the beginning, got our order wrong, got our checks wrong, and made the overall experience horrible. We did not leave a tip because we did not feel he was worthy of one. As we were leaving, he literally chased us out of the restaurant saying, "Thanks guys! Come back and see me!" repeatedly and very sarcastically. He placed his hand around the back of my waist as he said it and was touching the other female with us on the shoulder. I finally had to turn to him and tell him not to touch me. We had to lead the guys that were with us out to keep them from getting into an altercation with him. It was terrible. We then called and spoke with a manager after we left who said that David is her "best waiter". Looks to me like she needs to hire some new help if that is the case! Well, I don't typically leave reviews for things such as lodging but I was so overly impressed with this condo that I felt it was necessary to boast about the great experience that Tony provided for us. It was amazing and I can assure you that my friends and I will stay again in the future! Thanks again Tony! God Bless!

• FABULOUS CONDO!

  This condo is one of the nicest I’ve ever rented. The owner, Tony, was an absolute pleasure to work with during the rental process. The property was stocked with everything you could think of from extra beach towels to a turkey baster to a Winn Dixie frequent shopper card. And it was immaculate! There are two separate balconies that overlook a nice pool and best of all, it was quiet. The condo is across the street from the beach and within 5-10 minutes of everything. We will definitely be staying here again and I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
