This unit has Tile Floors, a Gourmet Kitchen with Granite Counter Tops, State of the Art Appliances, and is Beautifully Furnished. A king size bed is located in the master bedroom with adjoining private bathroom with a walk in shower. The baths have granite and Italian tile. The second bedroom also has a king bed and is situated next to the hall bath. There is a quuen size sleeper sofabed and a twin size sleeper in the living room. Savor meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the cable TV and stay connected with wifi internet. A washer and dryer is located inside the unit, for your convenience. You will relax and be pampered in a private executive level home that has every amenity and convenience you desire. This vacation rental will easily accommodate 7 people and is an ideal vacation home for multiple families or couples traveling together. This is a small complex with 20 units with elevator access in a four story building. Parking for two cars is in the garage underneath the building. *This vacation home is pet friendly - one pet is permitted per condo - under 35 lbs. Their is an additional $100 refundable pet deposit required.
Located on the quiet and beautiful beaches of Indian Rocks. This is a great area and has numerous restaurants, bars with live entertainment, surf shops, and shopping within walking distance. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from “Winter’s Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium. Enjoy wave runners, para-sailing, Segway, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina. Make sure to go to the Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration. There are several area golf courses, only minutes away. Go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium is only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. Local sports include the Tampa Bay Rays baseball, Buccaneers football, Lightning hockey, the St Pete Indy Car Race, and the MLB spring training facilities. The Clearwater Beach area is a wonderful place to spend the winter, visit spring training, have a blast during spring break, a perfect wedding retreat, a romantic honeymoon or a much needed family summer vacation.

The property was very clean and maintained. Customer service was the very best. Susan Elliot could not have been more helpful with all my questions. When I asked for something it was there. We have been in the area for the last 3 years and just love it. Great restraurants, Johns Pass, Aquarium in Clearwater. The people at the Condo were very friendly and lots of fun down by the pool. Our son and family visited and just loved the Condo, pool, gulf, walking the beach, just beautiful! I would definitly recommend this condo to anyone as it had everything you need. We had the best vacation ever! You are the most pleasant and helpful people. We loved everything about your lovely home. It was all we hoped for and more.
