This is a large 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms private home in a secluded area on the outskirts of the greater Los Angeles area, it was built in 2005 and the owner has just opened it as a vacation rental.
The house has an open style layout with a kitchen that opens in the dinning area and the dinning area that fully opens into the living room. Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with ample closet space and their own full private bahtroom...the bedrooms upstairs are separated by a loft/den area and a set of stairs that go to the flat open concept terrace/rooftop to enjoy the spectacular views of the Californian rocky mountain peaks.
This place is very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing and has the feel of a country side home, yet it is very close to many benefits of living in a city. The kitchen is large with stools available on the large granite countertops and it is equipped with stainless steel appliances.
The house is located minutes away from Malls, Shopping Centers, Gyms, Parks, Tennis, Basketball Courts, Movie Theaters, Hiking Trails, Mountain Biking, Street Biking lane, Horse-Back Riding...
You are also about 30 min away from Downtown Los Angeles,
Hollywood, Universal Studios, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Pacific Ocean beaches, lake and ocean fishing, Greek Observatory, Zoo...and Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm is about one hour away.
During the winter the house is located half an hour from the beach and about one and a half hours from Mt. High which accommodates skiing and snowboarding, thus one may surf or be at the beach in the morning and ski an snowboard with ease in the afternoon!

My mother & I stayed in this home for 2 weeks to visit our west coast friends and family, and we couldn't have been happier. Owner was responsive and gracious, home is beautiful & very clean. Close to attractions and many restaurants, shops, etc, but the home itself is a quiet, safe oasis when you want to get away from it all. Master bath is amazing, and the views from not 1, not 2, but 3 decks (& a patio) are out of this world! If we are able to travel next year, we won't hesitate to book this great house again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.
