  My family and I had such a great time in Naples and a large part of it was this beautiful home! We had six adults and one child and it was a perfect amount of space for all of us. When we got there, the house was immaculate (seriously we couldn't find a speck of dust), as well as the backyard/pool area. We also have to give kudos to the owners. There was a small issue in the house on a Sunday evening and they had it fixed by Monday morning so we were very pleased. Such a nice, reliable couple to work with. Oh, another great thing was the access to Delnor-Wiggins State Park. It was within walking distance and the owners provided a free pass to enter. Such a quiet, serene beach. Walking there in the morning and seeing sunsets in the evening was definitely a highlight. We will definitely be coming back!

  Home was true to the pictures. Beautifully decorated and immaculate. But the best feature was the pool/spa in the back yard. It was great just to sit there and relax and swim whenever we wanted. It was also a 10 minute walk to the state park which has great bathrooms and change rooms. Lawn chairs provided so we often took the 2 minute drive down to watch the sun set. Also an easy bike ride. Close to restaurants and groceries.

  We enjoyed our vacation in Naples and staying in this beautiful home. The home was spotless and well equiped with everything we needed as we cooked a lot of our meals. The best part of our days were the mornings and evenings eating at the outdoor dining area and enjoying the pool and hot tub in the spacious lanai. The location was great as it was just a short walk to the beach. Sue and Brian were great to work with. We loved their home!

  We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. It was clean, comfortable and close to everything! Brian and Sue were responsive to all of our questions. Our dog, a small Westie, spent hours hunting geckos in the yard. Would highly recommend this home. We agree with all of the other reviews. In fact, we loved it so much we've already arranged for renting it next year.

  We were so pleased with our rental experience! Each morning the pool heated on a timer, and the water falls sounds began. The lanai area had palm trees in the back, and hedges on the side and was quiet and private. The kitchen had top of the line appliances, and was equipped with everything we could imagine. We also enjoyed the office area, the flat screen televisions, and the comfortable beds. Clean, beautifully decorated, the home was everything the listing description suggested. We used the state park pass every day, which was a short walk away, or a quick drive. We only wished we had more time to enjoy the bikes, spend more time in the pool, and buy seafood from Randy's to prepare in the gourmet kitchen.

  We have rented other vacation homes, but this home was, by far, our favorite. The home is totally remodeled and gorgeous! It has everything you could possibly need for your stay and for days at the beach. The beach pass was a great extra perk, as we went to Wiggins Beach almost daily. We loved the heated pool and the spa heats up quickly which was so nice to use during the cooler evenings. We do plan on renting this house again next year and higly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and very clean rental home.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at your lovely home in November 2012. The house was perfectly equipped for our needs and we especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor dining area. The pool area could be seen very clearly to keep an eye on children. The house was well located close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. We definitely would recommend your home to other family members and friends who might be planning a holiday in the Naples area.

  This rental was perfect and in accordance with the description. We are a french family of 5 persons and we spent a lovely time in this house. Everything was brand new and clean. Well equiped and decorated, the house is located close to the vanderbilt beach with a pass access. The owners were always available and helpful when we had some questions. The environment is quiet. We recommand this vacation.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

  We had a wonderful stay at your home with two other couples. The decor of the home is great, and it had everything we needed! We loved the pool and hot tub, and the outdoor dining was perfect for our meals! The bikes were an added bonus at your home - we only wish there would have been enough for all 6 of us! The beach was less than a mile away - a perfect bike ride. We also had no problem parking at the state park when we chose to drive to the beach. We are definitely passing your information on to friends! Thank you!

  This property was a fantastic choice. It was recently renuvated with many ammenities. The pool area covered by a lanai provided a great place to enjoy the sun or just relax. It is also only about a half mile to Vanderbilt Beach which is absolutely beautiful. It was also extremely convenient for shopping. We also liked being so close to the movie theater, tons of stores and some great restaurants. The Owners were also very helpful to us in getting acquainted with the area. All in all it was a very good experience.

There are times when the owner may be flexible with the rates and terms quoted. Please contact owner with any questions.

If booked within 90 days of rental, payment in full is due to secure booking. Oitherwise, 1/3 is due at booking, 1/3 is due 90 days in advance of rental and 1/3 is due 45 days in advance of rental.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Pet fee: $100/week

30% increase in rates for holiday weeks

Cleaning fee $175

Florida 10% Tax

Refundable security deposit of $750.
