  Recommended. A good experience all around. The condo is clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed. Washer and dryer and all kitchen gear worked flawlessly, plus the owners left plenty of hot chocolate! The hot tub was fantastic and we certainly used it a good bit. Great location - it's quiet at the complex, and only a short ride to shopping, the resort, and downtown Steamboat, as well as an easy (and scenic) drive from the Denver Airport. Owners were very helpful and on-point. Check-in and check-out info is clear and concise, and they had excellent recommendations on local restaurants and activities. We didn't need to call them during the stay as everything was fine, but they did provide us their cell phone number and I'm confident they would have been on any issues based on how helpful they were prior to our arrival. Only negative (for some, not for us) is that you have to go up a couple flights of stairs to get to the condo. No one in our party had a problem with it, even after a day of powder skiing with out-of-shape legs. As a final note, our trip was a mix of CO veterans and people that had never been there before (or any mountain town at all) and every one of us had a blast in Steamboat. There was plenty to do for the skiers (ranging from beginner to expert) as well as the non-skiers, and everyone remarked on how friendly all the locals were.

  We had 4 adults and 2 small children staying in this condo and it was just perfect! Everyone had thier own space and we made good use of the kitchen. The condo was easy to find, was right on the free public transit line and we had no problems at all. We were comfortable during our stay and our 5 and 2 two year old loved the swimming pool! We would definetly stay again and recommend to others as well. Thanks for providing a great place at a great price!

• Perfect!!!

  My family and I came to Steamboat for our daughters softball team as they were playing in the Triple Crown tournament that weekend. This condo was perfect. Each of the kids had their own bed and we made good use of the washer and dryer as my daughters team played in a total of 8 games over the weekend. Would definately stay here again.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  We enjoyed our stay at this condo December 19-26, 2011. The listing information and pictures provided are accurate. The property was clean and well-maintained; the quality furnishings were sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped with quality dishes, pans, appliances, etc. The owner, Jeff, was very helpful in answering questions we had about the condo, the property, and activities in the Steamboat area. There is a public bus stop right there, with a bus going by every 20 minutes; it was easy to get to the ski mountain (5 min), grocery store (10 min), downtown (15 min). We had a great time! Thank you, Jeff!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
