These Separatly rented Houses are Perfect for Large Groups or just a couple traveling together! It is located 30 sec. from Beautiful Balnerio La Playa Cerro Gordo, Dorado. La Playa Cerro Gordo has some of the best reef snorkeling / diving in P.R. The reef stretches almost one mile! La Playa Cerro Gordo is located five minute walk or bike East of a beautiful 3 mile Ocean Cliffside stretch of Natural Reserve with Mountain Bike trails, Iaguna's, Private Ocean Bays and much more. Five minute walk or bike to the West and you have a five mile stretch of Untouched Natural Beach. Boat launching, Kayaking, Horseback Riding, Restaurants, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Climbing, Surfing, are also available. Close to many available attractions. Brochures available! Personal local guidance available, just ask! We are here to make sure you have a relaxing stress-free Vacation.
Rental agreement for use of properties and amenities. T.V., VCR, DVD Player, Oven, Stovetop, George Foreman, Outdoor Gas Grill or Charcol BBQ are installed in the house.
PR Rentals works on a first deposit first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a time slot, send an email requesting a Pay Pal invoice for the Deposit or full amount.
Cancellations: Under no circumstances are Cancellations accepted unless it is with one month prior notice. No refunds will be given unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with owner and renter. $310 Deposit Required or two days rent, $75 goes towards linen & house cleaning fee. Any missing items will also be discussed and charged to the renter.
Property Damage Protection:
All renters will have deducted from there Deposit $59 for Property Damage Protection.

This property is a great value for a big group in Puerto Rico. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to any large group looking for a unique, comfortable experience near the beach. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: -The house was very cheap due to the "per person, per night" payment model, really a great value for the house we received! -Amazingly spacious, regardless of your group's size. Comfortably slept our group of 16 adults -Literally a 1 minute walk to the beach, which was far more "Puerto Rican" than touristy. -Very safe neighborhood, and the house is gated securely with ample parking. -Tons of supermarkets, restaurants, and stores within driving distance, but far enough away to keep the location a true "beach house." -Home is equipped with a great kitchen, grill, plenty of fridge / freezer space, and a huge common area excellent for big groups. The TV setup is also ideal for relaxing nights watching satellite TV or a movie. -John and his wife are incredibly helpful. They are happy to give you directions, fix any problems with the house, and are just pleasant people to be around. Cons: -Beds are kind of hard, though after the first night you don't really notice it. -Construction on the second level of the home was ongoing at the time of our visit. Overall, I would strongly recommend this house! Contact John with any questions about the house, he is more than happy to answer your questions and talk to you about the property, the neighborhood, and Puerto Rican attractions!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
