  Such a beautiful and clean home! We had a fabulous time. All the amenities were perfect. We went to Universal studios and Disney. The pool was a treat! We also used the club house pool. The kids loved the garage game room. We loved that we could cook and save money with out eating out. The property management company was very helpful. We will stay again!!!

  We have stayed in other Orlando area rental homes before but never in one so comfortable and so beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our private pool and also used the pool and hot tub at the community house. The access to I-4 made it easy to get to Disney, Universal, and other entertainment. The property manager was easy to contact and friendly when a lightbulb burned out. We highly recommend this home and community, and plan to return for future vacations!

  I had planned this vacation for 9 months and fully paid for the rental. Our flight came in late due to a snow storm which I called and gave a heads up about. When we arrived at 11 pm we could not access the villa as we were given expired codes to the gates and there was no answer at all the numbers including the 24 hr emergency number posted. We ended up looking for a hotel room and spending the night in a hotel. I have yet to have an apology from the owner let alone have the grace to agree to return the money for the day we couldn't access the house. We had also paid for pool heating and the pool was not heated when we got there. Again owner refused to give credit. The 4 bedrooms were well set up for 2 families to share the place which is what we did and it was so conveniently located. The community is a great community with a lot of houses for vacation rental which made it easy for us to have a reunion and we will definitely be using this community again for our vacation.

  Owner response: Our beautiful, tropical vacation home was ready and awaiting the arrival of guests. Carpets were freshly cleaned and the landscaping was in full bloom and gorgeous! We anticipate the arrival of all of our guests and it is very important to us that our guests have a fabulous time from start to finish! Our pride in our home and its care by renters is very important to us. It is unfortunate that this guest did not sign and return the rental contract and guest registration forms, which briefly delayed entry to the home. This is surprising to us as it is the first time someone has attempted to bypass this important requirement. The matter was handled professionally by our property manager, who worked diligently to help them to remedy their situation. Clearly, for liability purposes our need for a signed rental contract prior to allowing renters to enter Aviana and our home is standard practice, reasonable, and is required by state law.

  My husband and I enjoyed our vacation in Florida while staying at this house. Everything is new and updated, the pool is great, and the house has the best foliage in the neighborhood! They put in plants around the screen in pool for extra privacy (and beauty). Everything was accurate with the pictures, and the property is well-maintained. I would recommend this to anyone interested in visiting any of the nearby Orlando attractions. It's a short drive down to Orlando, and there are nearby grocery stores to buy food (there's a Target and other grocery stores). We cooked a lot and grilled in-house. Everything we needed was there.

  This house was beautiful, and had everything we needed for our vacation. Bikes, pool table, foosball table, movies, playstation, cable, computer, etc... it was a home away from home. I would definitely make a return trip to this property! Highly recommended.

  We arrived to a wonderfully decorated tropical vacation home! We were greeted by tropical floral arrangements and parrots! The house felt like we were home and on vacation at the same time. The landscaping is lovely. We enjoyed a rufous hummingbird who was dining on the jasmine and hibiscus shrubbery. We love to golf and were 15 minutes away from the golf course. I loved the crock pot as we would leave in the morning and come home to a meal at the end of the day! Also, close to Chili's and other take out restaurants. Grocery store is nearby. Not far from the main drag in Kissimmee when we wanted to go to Red Lobster. We spent one day at DIsney and enjoyed the trip to Disney much more than when we stayed in Kissimmee. A few miles from the highway on 55mph roads rather than bumper to bumper traffic and stoplights in Kissimmee. Clearly, this home was lovingly prepared with vacationer's comforts in mind. We look forward to our future stays in this home.
