  We stayed here for 2 weeks in late September for a family vacation. The place was clean, private, and convenient to shopping, restaurants and grocery. The beach in front of the house had plenty of privacy. We can't wait to return!

  My boyfriend and I had 5 days and 6 nights of glorious beach-time vacation. Mostly due to the wonderful accommodations at Sol y Luna. From the first email to the last, and everything in between, we couldn't have been more pleased. Sol y Luna is an oasis among the beaches of South Walton. I have been frequenting this area for over a decade, and this rental was the best I have ever experienced. It was spacious, immaculate, comfortable, and private. Having the owners on the premises was an added plus.....they were there if we needed them, and the hands-on approach keeps the property excellently maintained, and the privacy they provided was exemplary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sol y Luna, and will definitely be returning.

  Our first initial reaction, we were amazed how beautiful the property is. The pictures really don't do it justice, in person we were blown away. The property was spotless inside and out, the owners have provided everything you can think of. You will only have to provide your own beach towels. Cindy was very helpful with all my questions and suggested links prior to our arrival. Between the private pool and private walkway to the beach our days were spent relaxing. I was also happy to learn there was also a bike/run/walk trail. We rented bikes and in evening took relaxing bike rides through out the beach towns. We cannot wait to come back in the coming years. First thing in the morning I will sit on the steps and drink my coffee watching the ocean, in the evening swimming in the pool or watching the stars, a priceless experience.

  My family and I have vacationed in Destin for 7 yrs, we were looking for someplace new and found Sol Y Luna on VRBO and I'm glad we did. 30A is a really nice area, the Property was Immaculant, the accomodations were great, the owners were great. The pool is very nice and a good size for gulf front. Luckily during our stay the beach and water conditions were top notch. The property is very private, the beach is private. If a relaxing beach vacation is what your looking for then look no further. We will definately be returning to this great beach house. Thanks C & C

  We loved this property! Great location, immaculate and well-equipped! Although it is part of a private residence, the guest quarters are very private and the pool is ALL YOURS! Would definitely stay in this property again.

  Sol y Luna was like heaven. We had a wonderful time. The pictures do not do it justice. Very very nice. Also, very quiet and private. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Destin, Seaside and Panama City but close enough if you want to venture out. My husband uses a walker and was still able to get around with no problem even though the property is not setup for the handicapped. He was even able to go down the steps to the beach. We have already recommended it to friends and plan to use Sol y Luna again.
