Imagine the perfect setting for a quiet, romantic retreat or a memorable family holiday - Sol y Luna is it!
Gulf-Front on 80 feet of sugar sand beach, Sol y Luna is the perfect place for your vacation. You will find this lovely property to be private and quiet yet close to Rosemary Beach & Seaside for fun and any activity you desire. It's so spacious (1700 sq ft with 10 foot ceilings throughout!) and comfortable you'll never feel cramped in this ground floor apartment of a gorgeous three-story private beach home. Even though Sol y Luna is very large for a 2 BR unit, we are firm on the 6 person limit to minimize wear and tear and to keep the property in perfect condition! Please do not plan to have more than 6 people on the property at any time during your stay or you will incur additional charges.
You have a private entrance on the Gulf side of the house and your own paver driveway for parking. The living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and pool all have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Pods of Dolphins are quite common right in front of Sol y Luna so keep an eye out for them!
Lush, tropical landscaping surrounds the private, heated pool with waterfalls and a fountain. Large Gulf-front patio with comfortable chairs for enjoying the spectacular Gulf, Sunset and Pool views. Pool side picnic table with Gulf view. Private dune walk-over right off the pool deck is convenient and made of splinter free Trex for your comfort!
Sol y Luna is professionally decorated with many special features including porcelain tile floors, fully equipped custom kitchen with island bar, dual stainless sink with disposal and granite countertops. Unique decorative touches such as the sun and moon motif give Sol y Luna a Caribbean flair. High quality, comfortable furnishings will make you feel right at home.
There is a large flatscreen HDTV in the living room with full cable and a TV in each bedroom. There is a stereo and Blu-Ray DVD player in the living room along with plenty of books, puzzles and games. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Parking is limited to 2 cars.
Ideally located just ten minutes from Seaside and five minutes from Rosemary Beach. There are 18 miles of bicycle paths, state parks, golf courses, and nearby Eastern Lake known for great fishing and crabbing. Great nearby restaurants and shops nearby in Seaside, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Panama City Beach, Sandestin and Destin.
ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* No more than 6 persons allowed - no exceptions!
* Property facilities including the pool and beach are ONLY for the use of guests listed on the rental contract. Additional persons on the property/using facilities is not allowed!
* Rates do not include tax
* Rate includes cleaning fee
* 50% downpayment required to confirm reservation
* $500 Security Deposit is due one week before arrival
* Monthly Rate includes utilities
* Cancellations: reservation deposits will not be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period reserved. If refunded, there is a $50 cancellation fee withheld. Exceptions may be made in emergency circumstances. These are handled as follows: deposit will be held and may be applied to a future booking of equal or greater value to the original booking.
* Refunds will not be given for early departures or late arrivals
* Travel insurance is highly recommended!
