The house decor was very appealing. Everyone loved the flat screen tv's in every room. The beach was only steps away so the location was excellent. We loved Toucan's on the beach for wonderful seafood and Killer Seafood was outstanding. The only problem we had was a small leak in a drain in one of the bathrooms which Tyler was taking care of. However, this did not bother us during our stay at all. I would recommend this property and would love to return!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

House is Great ! Lots of Ammenities ~ including FULLY stocked kitchen and lots of Beach towels, chairs and beach floats (for fun in tropical storm waves) only until warning of RIP TIDE !!! House has Wi-Fi and lots of TV's (and movies) even in kitchen and in ALL bedrooms ! Also very close to beach, even though you can't see the beach from the deck as states, only the horizon. Fun house, octagon shaped with fun colors. The BEST part was the communication with Tyler who always answered all questions and phone calls immediately ! What a nice guy ! The only draw back was that it lists as a 4 bedroom plus a den. There is no den, but family room has 2 sofas which worked fine for us. Also alot of clothes were in closets and drawers and in bathroom, from I'm assuming the owners (kinda strange) and refrigerated had lots and lots of food in it (not leaving us a lot of room for our stuff (never been to a rental that the old food wasn't discarded between rentals), Would definately rent again ! Thanks for a fun time !Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
