3 Bedroom, 1-1/2 bath 1890’s Victorian lakefront cottage located on crystal clear, historic Lake Spofford. 50 ft. private beach and dock located across road from cottage. Original cottage name is “Miramichi”.
Porch across cottage front affords panoramic views of the lake; part of porch is screened for insect protection in evening. Dock can be used for your motor boat.
3 bedrooms with 3 double beds; one is a Select Comfort. (sleeps 6)
This is a seasonal cottage heated by a propane stove.
Modern amenities: Washer, dryer.
Gas grill located on side porch.
Parking for 2-3 cars off of rear driveway.
Rental is from 4PM on Saturday until 11 AM on the following Saturday.

Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: My husband Bill and I purchased this cottage in 2011 from my mother's estate so that we could be close to but not on top of my family. My brother, aunt and cousins all have cottages on this lake.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
We enjoy swimming and boating in the crystal clear water, sunning on the dock. Shopping/restaurants are only 20 minutes away in Keene or Brattleboro.
