Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with the State of Florida. I am very athletic and am currently training for the NYC marathon. I have 3 children, ages 15, 17 and 19. I am a dog lover and have 3 of them! I have been a VRBO customer since 2008 and have had several successful rentals through this website. My property is also managed through Beachside Realty and I have had the same seasonal renters come back every year.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
I love NSB and have been coming here for 45 years. I like the easy access to the beach as well as to Flagler Avenue and all the delicious restaurants. It is close to my primary residence as well.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I love the small size of my home as it is very easy to clean and take care of and very comfortable. I love the area and being able to run on the beach in the morning. My house is close to a State Park at the inlet which is also dog friendly.
