Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: We are expats who moved to Atenas from Nashville, TN 4 years ago, and we have never looked back. We are retired from successful professional careers, but continue to stay very busy, which is great.
Why the Owner Chose Atenas:
Because it was the perfect choice to make this investment with the property we have available. Our main house is also close by.
Atenas is a great little town that provides all the services and goods we need.
Being Centrally located to the airport and the major communities of Costa Rica, you could not ask for a better location.
