  As a former San Fran/North Beach Resident the house felt like home.My husband and I got away for a few days down to our old neighborhood. The house was a short walk to shopping Trader Joe's and Safeway, the Cable Cars, MUNI, Peir 39, the warf. If you are up for walking this house is perfect location you can walk to Little Italy and Chinatown. The house was very lovely with a combo of modern and rustic twists. There is lots of space and great aminities. June was an excellent host making sure we had sparkling wine and sending directions to the house. The book of things to do was great the only addition I would make is The Walt Disney Family Museume in the Presido. I would highly recomend a stay at this charming house in North Beach!

  I just returned from a wonderful weekend with 4 other ladies. We stayed at this property for 4 days & it was in a terrific area. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, the pier, shopping, parks,& entertainment. Trader Joe's market was just around the corner & quick to get to for groceries. The place was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, full amenities & comfortably accommodated the 5 of us. Definitely a home away from home!! It made our stay in San Francisco such an enjoyable experience & would surely return to SF & stay again at Casa Francisco. The owner, June, is lovely to work with & had everything fully arranged/organized upon our arrival...even down to a terrific bottle of sparkling wine upon our arrival into SF. We would be sure to return...a definite gem! Thanks again June for your lovely place!

  WOW - is an understatement! We recently had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful property on a recent vacation from Australia. From our first communication with June we knew our stay in San Francisco would be something to remember. This home has everything imaginable, comfort (the beds were sensational), cleanliness, location, every amenity you could think of (every imaginable need was provided). The owner provides excellent information about what to see and do and what's available in the local area. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this by far ranks as our number 1. We fell in love with San Francisco and look forward to one day returning to this lovely city and staying at Casa Francisco again!

  This property was perfect for us and our grown children on our family vacation. The property was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. We were very pleased. The local was optimum to everything we wanted to do. Just a really short walk to Fisherman's Wharf and also only a couple of blocks from the Cable Cars. We really liked the small bar, Sweetie's, just directly across the street. It was nothing fancy but it was a nice comfortable place to unwind after a long day...and it had free pool. Ian, the bartender there, recommended a local Italian restaurant withing walking distance that we also enjoyed very much...Original Joe's. June was GREAT to work with and everything went smoothly and VERY efficiently. If we ever have the chance to return to SF, we would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks, June!!!

  Very clean and well organized property in a great location. Short walk to cable cars and Muni bus lines. Just a few blocks walk to great cafes on Columbus ave. The owner (June) was quick to followup on all aspects of rental process and you can tell she pays attention to detail and really cares for her clients. One of our best experiences with VRBO.

  After extensive research including numerous condos, hotels, etc. I decided to go with this condo and it was one of the best decisions that I made with our trip to San Francisco. There were only 2 of us who stayed in the condo, but we had more than enough room and utilized the extra bedroom for our luggage. The condo was in excellent condition and was exactly as the pictures show. The location of Casa Francisco was also a huge perk. It's close enough to walk to tourist attractions, but far enough away from the attractions that it was quiet at night. June was also very helpful with answering my questions and returning emails. Our trip was wonderful and I plan on returning one day. I would definitely stay here again! :)

  This rental rocks! Pictures didn't do justice, truly a home away from home - well appointed rooms and well- equipped kitchen. Conveniently close to everything and safe neighborhood, easy parking. A star in our family's reunion stories and best of all, VERY accommodating and friendly owner. Thank you again for the hospitality! Can't wait to go back.

  My 2 aunts, 2 cousins, mom and I stayed at the Casa Francisco this past week and we had the time of our lives. Everyone kept telling me thank you for finding this beautiful/cute house in the perfect location and we all agreed that if we came back (together or separately) we would DEFINITELY stay here again. Here's why: 1- The location was perfect! It's minutes from fisherman's Warf, Pier 39, and Lombard St, but we also walked the entire city from this central location (we walked from our place to and across the GG bridge, down to union square, coit tower, china town, etc. and we walked to Ghirardelli square every night, haha). If you like walking and seeing the city by foot, everything is pretty close. If you don't like walking- cable cars and bus stops are nearby :). Also, the Safeway and Trader Joe's are a block away and made eating breakfast in extremely convenient. 2- The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, decorated nicely, stocked with all the necessary amenities (there is even a DVD player and movies available if you want a night/day in) and it had very comfortable beds. 3. The owner is so nice, very easy to work with and accommodating. Overall we are obviously very pleased with our stay here and cannot say enough good things about this location.

  What a gem! Casa Francisco comfortably accommodated our family of four adults plus a friend. The accommodation is well planned out and is deceptively spacious. June, the owner, has thoughtfully restored the property, it is beautifully maintained and is full of little touches that make you feel like a welcomed guest. The house is perfectly located for walking to many great San Francisco sights. We chose not to have a car while in the city and we were not disappointed. Shopping at Trader Joes and other stores just around the corner was a breeze. It's a short walk to great restaurants and cafes, the cable car, Fisherman's Wharf, the Alcatraz Pier and Lombard Street. A little further walking will get you in to the Ferry Building, Chinatown and Little Italy and to cover greater distances the buses stop close by and the Muni Transport system is easy to figure out once you get a map of the system. If you are looking for modern comforts in a home with character and a more relaxing environment than a hotel can offer then look no further.

  My wife and I and our adult sons and daughter-in-law (6 people) stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is as listed. the photos are accurate. The property is very clean and everything was in working order. the owner was extremely helpful in addressing all concerns. It is in a great location, close to Fisherman's Wharf, good restaurants and transportation. I would recommend this property to anyone going to SF.
