183 Colonnade Club is a conveniently located 1st floor villa, tastefully furnished and decorated with two bedrooms and two baths. Wireless Internet connectivity and Digital cable are both provided. Recently new stainless steel Maytag appliances were installed consisting of a stainless refrigerator with a bottom freezer drawer, smooth top 5 burner cooktop with range, microwave and dishwasher. New stylish designer carpeting has been in 2009. The new casement windows bring the view to your fingertips. Other ammenties includ, new living room furniture, dining room furniture, bedroom furniture, new wall paper, recently painted, new high end pillow top mattresses, new 37" wide screen Sony Television with Digital cable, DVD player, and new quality bar top table and stools on covered deck. This villa is decorated in yellow with a very beachy decor, and is nicely appointed with appropriate art work to the Hilton Head Island area.
This spacious villa offers an exceptional open floor plan with a large bar, covered deck with bar table and stools overlooking a wonderful golf and lagoon view of the sixth hole on the Galleon Course, beautiful large pool with an outdoor Jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, utility room including washer and dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, and answering machine. There is a computer desk in the master bedroom for those of you that can not leave your laptop at home. Colonnade Club is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, Van Der Meer Tennis Center, and Crowne Plaza Hotel. The central location of Shipyard puts you minutes from Coligny Plaza.
Shipyard Plantation is one of Hilton Head Island's finest gated communities. It is centrally located and easily accessed by the Cross Island Parkway. Within Shipyard you will find a world class tennis facility in the Van Der Meer Tennis University and Shipyard Golf which was rated one of the finest layouts on the PGA Senior tour from 1982 to 1984. The abundant natural wildlife and unique atmosphere makes Shipyard a tropical paradise. It is less than a half mile to Coligny Circle and the Shelter Cove Mall. An easy 10 minute drive takes you to the historic lighthouse in Harbour Town.
Enjoy Shipyard's beautiful atmosphere while biking or walking from the Colonnade Club on the numerous bike paths lined with tropical vegetation. It's less than a five minute bike ride to the beach from Colonnade, but if you prefer to drive to the beach Shipyard has private parking for beach access. Bring your bikes! If you can't there are several bike rental companies that will deliver and pick them up at your request.

Why the Owner Chose Colonnade Club
Hilton Head Island is such a beautiful location, it was rather difficult to make a decision on a villa. We choose 183 Colonnade Club because it is located in a very quite and private location and yet very close to the beach and located on the first floor. The Colonnade Club complex is newer than most of the other complexes in Shipyard. We loved the stucco appearance of the complex and also loved the golf lagoon view. The complex may very well have the best pool in Shipyard.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We try to furnish our villa with items beyond what most owners place in their unit. Most of the time when we order something the sales person says, do you want to get something that nice for a a rental unit, and the answer is "YES". It is important to us that each of our guest have a nice experience while visiting our villa. The bedding in our unit is extra nice pillow tops mattresses on all three beds. We have all new Maytag stainless steel appliances with the freezer in the bottom drawer, and a smooth top range with all many extras. Extra nice 37 inch wide screen Sony TV in the living room, and 23 inch flat screen in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equiped for families that like to cook, we have a client that is a chef that rents our villa frequently.
The villa is exceptionally decorated and has some nice art work through out.
The floor plan of our unit is approximatley 100 square feet larger than the other 2 bedroom Colonnade Club floor plans.
The view inside our villa and on our covered porch is a wonderful golf and lagoon view that is so peaceful and relaxing.

Steve and I both have worked in Information Technology most or our lives. I have been a Database Administrator for 12 years, and Steve is a IT Manager. We recently adopted two little girls internationally that are the joy or our lives. They are now 4.5 years old. We are older parents and this new chapter in our lives keeps us going.
We love going to our beach home! Our favorite things are the beach, pool, bicycling, and walking to Coligy by way of the beach. Our 4 year olds were able to make this walk this year. We do spend much of our time while visiting the island making sure everything is perfect for our guest. Someday Steve and I hope to move to Hilton Head Island and enjoy this magnificant haven daily.

Your villa is lovely. It is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, and located close to the beach. The bicycling was great and Ray enjoyed the many golf courses. Thank you so much for extending an invitation for us to enjoy your villa. It was worth every penny. We did so much while we were here. We saw lots of dolphins, kayaking, body boarding, deep sea fishing, bike riding, long walks on the beach... too much to list. Zachary (10 yrs. old) had the time of his life! Your kitchen was such a blessing because we ate in a lot! Everything from the time we arrived was wonderful! We'll definitely be in touch for a return stay!

We just can't believe how wonderful the island is! I fell immediately in love with the villa when we got here. It's so comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed being able to get around on the bicycle. We went to Harbour Town and my husband and the girls got on the waverunner, they were enjoying themselves until they turned and fell off, twice! My husband lost his eyeglasses and water shoes and so did my five year old. We saw the alligator over by the cottages and my 18 year-old went to Club Mar-i-sol and enjoyed herself. We got lots of wonderful pictures and momentos. We became regulars at the pool and Jacuzzi. Though I enjoyed all of our outside activities, what I enjoyed most of all was relaxing on the sofa or patio and taking in the view. You have really picked a winner. I was so looking forward to a vacation where I could get in some R & R since I hace such a high-stress, high-paced job. We will definitely return now that I know I have some where to get rested and enjoy all that's offered. Restaurants we enjoyed: Skillets, San Miguels, Aunt Chilada's, Crabby Nicks
