We have a very nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that is 1650 square feet with a 9 foot ceiling. The home also has a great room, den, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room with extra storage. All floors in the home are upgraded tile with carpet in the bedrooms. The 2 car garage has extra lenght to accomdate larger vehicles.
The master bedroom has a bay window that faces the 6th tee box of the golf course. There is an extra door that leads out to the covered back patio. There is a king size bed, armoire, with a TV , and 2 night stands. There is also a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has its own bathroom that has a walk-in closet, double sinks on the vanity, shower and separate toilet room.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, night stand, closet and a ceiling fan. The second bathroom is near by the bedroom. It has a tub, vanity and toilet. Both bathrooms have upgraded countertops and light fixtures.
The great room has a very large wall unit that has a large TV, CD player, radio, all connected to the surround sound well as sound out to the back patio. The room has a Lazyboy leather sofa/ recliner, and matching recliner. There is a coffee table and side tables and a lamp. Off of the great room is a den with a couple chairs and set up for a computer room or reading room.
The great room is connected to the dining room that has a table with 6 chairs.
The kitchen is fully furnished with upgraded appliances, granite countertops, large pantry.
The laundry room is off of the kitchen with a full washer and dryer and lots of extra storage space. The door there leads out to the garage.
Our home is a very tastefully furnished home with the interior furnishings bought at either Ashley Home Furnishings or Lazyboy Gallery.
All windows are covered with plantation style blinds. The home is decorated tastefully with pictures.
The front porch area is gated and the back patio area has room for a gas grill and furniture. Sitting on the back patio one can watch golfers tee off of the 6th tee box , listen to music and enjoy being on vacation!
This is a NON SMOKING and NO PETS home. The house was built in 2006 and has had very little usage ( approximately 6 months). Everything is new and clean and just makes you feel like you are at a resort on vacation.
The exterior of the home is landscaped with a sprinkler system on timers and we have someone come and do any landscape issues that might need attention.
We have trash pickup twice a week as well as a recycle program we can participate in twice a month.
We also have Terminix every other month to spray the exterior for bugs to keep the place nice and liveable.
Keywords: This home is located in the beautiful gated community of Corte Bella. It is easily accessible through the back gated entrance off of El Mirage Road. The covered back patio faces east at the 6th tee box of the golf course.

About the owner: We bought this home in hopes of retiring, but because of the economy we haven't been able to enjoy this retirement. We have set this home up so people can come and enjoy the Corte Bella Community and everything it has to offer while staying in a really nice home.
Why the Owner Chose Sun City West:
We love to play golf and hope to be able to retire and come live here at some point. We wanted a really nice, comfortable home that includes everything so that we can just move in with our clothes and be ready to enjoy the Corte Bella Resort.
