My girlfriend and I spend a week in Reyna's one-bedroom apartment in early Feb. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equiped. For the price, you will not find anything nearly as nice in Cabo. Reyna even met us at the airport to give us keys to the place. The location is ideal - right downtown. You can walk to anyplace you might want to go in town in under 10 minutes. Nice breakfast places (like Healthy on 5 de Mayo and Baja Pepper at the Mar de Cortez Hotel), coffee shops, restaurants (like Mi Casa, Maro's Shrimp House and more) and bars are within a couple of blocks. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away. The rooftop palapa area is very cool - we checked it out but didn't have the opportunity to hang out there. It would be a great place for a group to have a private party. We spent time at Nikki Beach - it's a very cool place at the ME Resort. Sunday-Tuesday it's pretty mellow with low-level house music playing in the background and an attractive clientele. But Wed-Sat they crank up the DJ music starting at noon to a level that can make your ears bleed and reading impossible. It's also pretty pricey ($10 drinks). We found that it's possible to walk into any of the resorts and get a lounge chair and towel at no charge provided that you buy some food or drinks. We'd definitely stay at Reyna's place again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Stayed at this property with two other people the week of Jan 13-20th. Before we even arrived the owner was extremely helpful and prompt in contacting us and providing us with all the necessary details for our trip especially since it was our first time in Cabo. We took a shuttle from the airport and when we arrived Reyna was on location waiting for us. The check in was quick and smooth. We we pleasantly surprised since the room was recently renovated it looked amazing and with so much more space than we imagined from the site's photos. It was very clean, we were provided with toiletries, towels, wifi, tv, and best of all a terrace on the top floor with breathtaking views of the sea of cortez, marina, and the city. The neighbors that we had were also very friendly and helpful in answering any questions we had and recommending great spots in the Cabo. Our favorite part about the condo was its proximity. We were a short walk away from: the Oxxo market store, few really good restaurants (the sushi across the street is some of the best we've had), the marina (chartering a sailboat is a must when in Cabo to get the best view of the whales and sea lions), the nightlife (nightclubs and bars), and Nikki Beach (which Reyna provided passes for us for the entire week). We can't wait to be back in Cabo (planning our next trip there already), and we will certainly stay at this property again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Perfect!! These condos are in the perfect location to enjoy all Cabo has to offer! Close to all the popular resturants, the marina, and shopping. Each condo is beautifully decorated, with amazing views ot the mountains and the water. The property is very clean and well maintained. It is the perfect place for your Cabo experience!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I have stayed here and the area is central and perfect for walking to and being near the main Cabo hot spots. Its nice enough to go with your significant other, but affordable and spacious enough to go with the family. I thought the recent remodeling job they did here was beautiful and i definitely recommend this place for anybody who would prefer a cozy, cute, private little community with mexican charm over a busy, touristy hotel with no actual traditional feel.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: I have lived, owned and rented properties in Cabo for the last 23 years. I enjoy this property and location. I often stay there myself. I was the first person to ever do vacation rentals in Los Cabos, Mexico. Family and friends from different parts of the world enjoy staying here.

This property located in the CeeCee apartments which are in the heart of town, by the downtown Plaza, Church, Marina and the life of Cabo. I love the property and the location.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
I enjoy the location more than anything, the property itself is very mexican/colonial with the traditional courtyard, tiles and old antique wood. Recently renovated to keep that colonial flair.
The proximity to the Marina and all the activities there are the big plus. People don't like to have to rent a car if possible. They don't need to while staying with us.
We have catered meals for all to enjoy, as well as touring. Walking distance to restaurants and the Marina has been a big plus... The beach club is tons of fun. Sunbathe by the pool or at the beach.
