  This is a wonderful facility for 2-4 people to stay in Naples. However, I almost missed out on renting this property because of the poor way that this website, VRBO is administrated. I found it extremely difficult to get accurate information on availability. Many owners don't update their calendars, don't return phone calls and promise to get back to you and don't. The one exception was the unit we rented. The owner and his agent were very accommodating and quick to return our calls about any concerns.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

  We had a wonderful stay at your condominium. This condo is well furnished with very attractive and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well equiped with all modern appliances. My only suggestion is to buy a set of coasters for the living room. There are beautiful wooden tables and should be kept that way. We look forward to another visit to Naples and staying in your condo.

  We loved it--The place was well appointed; the view of the pools was gorgeous. Had some difficulties with the air-conditioning but it was fixed. Definately would rent there again!

  Naples Bay Resort and this condominium in particular, were truly wonderful & made our vacation a great one! We found the onsite hotel staff/concierge very helpful for restaurant recommendations, complimentary shuttle transfers to beach, etc. This particular condo was very spacious, in like-new condition with luxury finishes (granite counters, luxury baths, luxury kitchen, nice furniture, etc). The location of this condo within the resort was perfect, as in our opinion, it had the best view available---large balcony overlooking the pool area. Pool area: WOW! So Nice! Though not on the beach, Naples Bay Resort is a very short drive from the Naples Pier beach (complimentary resort shuttle). We really liked the resorts location due to its proximity to "5th Ave" and its restaurants/shops. Our only issue was difficulty in getting a wifi connection in the condo, though it worked well on the balcony. The owner & owner's rental agent were both very pleasant to work with. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Naples! Many thanks to the owner for helping make our vacation perfect!

  Our stay in this cottage was luxurious. It had sparkling new, pristine bathrooms and a nicely stocked kitchen. The beds were almost too comfy to get out of in the morning. The towels were soft and fluffy. We liked the master walk-in shower so well that we came home and remodeled ours to look just like it. The pool view was a great way to drink our morning coffee. The waterfall pool, lap pool, lazy river and tennis courts were also very enjoyable. The health club and serving staff were very courteous and accommodating. It was a great place to kick back and relax outdoors. The restaurants, sightseeing, and shopping nearby are exquisite. Best place we have stayed; couldn't ask for anything better. If you are searching for dessert, you MUST go to SASSY CAKES in downtown Naples at 837 4th Avenue South; it is a cupcake lover's boutique! They are world famous; just taste one of their cupcakes and you will see why! We can't wait to return next year! We hope to become annual visitors both to the Condo and to Sassy Cakes!
