We had a nice visit. The Hillman House is just as pictured. The owner did a good job of answering my inquiries. We chose the option with 1 bedroom which is located right off the front entrance. We had full access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, deck, and 1.5 baths. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use the deck, but it looked nice. The fireplace was not functioning when I inquired about it. Parking is on street and we were able to park in front of the house our entire stay. The house is on a quiet and safe residential street. It is a short 10 minute walk to downtown Columbia City where you can find cute shops, charming restaurants, bars, and cafes. Seward Park is a short 5 minute drive away and has a play area, walking trails, small beach area, picnicking, and benches to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier. The owners live on the premises which makes it convenient for any questions or concerns you may have.Recommended for: Age 55+.
