We spent a lovely long weekend in this sweet little cottage. It is everything it claims to be and more. Quiet, lovely, equipped with everything you could want, great location... Loved arriving to find wine and chocolate waiting in the living room! Hope to return someday soon!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I choose to stay here after reading the prior reviews and seeing the place from the outside. I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The casita represents an oasis of serenity in the busy day life of Los Angeles. The amenities are superb, the quality of the accommodations are first class and the peaceful setting makes for a refreshing night of sleep. I will definitively came back soon to the casita to spend some holidays in the area. Thank you for the nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift.Did you find this review helpful? We had a great stay at the cozy casita. Ester and Ed were very friendly and helpful and made the booking process very simple. The casita was very clean and provided us with everything we needed. It is located close to the beach and with a close location to the highway made going to LA or Disneyland much easier. We would stay here again and recommend it to anybody looking for a great place to stay.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We stayed at the beautiful and comfortable Casita in Long Beach for a month. We couldn't have been more pleased with our entire stay. Esther, Ed and Mary were so very friendly and helpful. The casita was very well equipped and clean upon our arrival down to the chocolates and wine waiting for us. In a rating of 1-10, we give it a 10 and hope we have the opportunity to stay again in the future!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

This place is amazing! It was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. Loved the decor and the kitchen. Even though we were visiting other cities for most of our stay, it was great to get to the casita at the end of our day to relax. It is fully equipped, and the owners were very helpful and welcoming. We truly felt at home. Great location as well. Next time we visit the LA area we will definitely stay here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

The casita is located near (15 minutes of less - depending on traffic) many attractions such as the Aquarium of the Pacific, Queen Mary, Medieval Times, Knott's Berry Farm, whale watching and kayaking. There are retaurants, fast food and grocery stores nearby. The casita is very clean and well maintained. It includes all the amenities listed and then some. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting out on the large patio area at the end of the day. The casita is about the size of a hotel room but at a cheaper price. Ed and Esther responded promptly to our questions/requests. We will definitely be staying here in the future.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

Had a great time during my recent visit to LA/Long Beach. I had the pleasure of staying at this Casita. The location is perfect for access to LA proper and Orange County. This is a quiet and clean and relaxing location. Close to shopping and dining. Ed was very friendly and the bottle of wine was very welcomed you won't get that in a hotel. I have stayed in many hotels and a number of vacation rentals and this is one of the best I have had the pleasure to stay at. On my next trip to the LA area I will be certain to rent this place again. Recommended for 2 people 3 would work but a tight fit. Looking forward to my next trip. -JosefDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

this casita is beautiful, compact and very cozy. it is best suited for couples in my opinion due to it's size but there is a sofa-bed in the living room too. myself and partner both enjoyed our stay over here and we have nothing negative to say about the place and surrounding area, (pay me one million pounds and i still couldn't find anything bad to say...lol) to all those who are contemplating staying here, the area has everything you need. there are plenty of supermarkets, pharmacy's, fast food, restaurants and all at very good prices much cheaper than london. i definitely recommend the need to hire a car as Hollywood, Beverley hills, Venice beach are all within a 30 minute drive away. the casita is exactly as the pictures look, very clean, good air con, plenty of towels and sheets, pots, pans, washing machine etc etc. the garden is beautiful and spacious too for drinks, chilling and even some workouts as i did everyday. the locals are so friendly and happy to converse with you. ed (the owner) is a real cool guy, he was very welcoming and friendly. big thanks to esther who organised everything and answered all my questions when needed, we really appreciated that!! i've tried to include as much info as possible and answer the same questions i had in mind before i chose to stay here just to ease peoples minds a bit. anyways, i'm still jet lagged, i'm off to bed. peaceDid you find this review helpful?
