My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Anza house while we were attending a 3 day horse show at the CRC Ranch. The location is within 2 miles of the ranch and the house was more than comfortable. We appreciated the comfortable beds, clean showers and a very nice kitchen for meal preparation. This will be our first choice for our next two trips to Temecula!

My friends from college, including their families, stayed for four days and three nights. The stay was very comfortable, with just the right amount of room for 8 adults and 5 kids (some of the kids shared a room with their parents). The linens, towels, plates, etc. were in good condition. The kids had plenty of space to play in the house and backyard, and there was enough dining space for all of us to eat at the same time. The owner of the property is lovely and easy to work with, and the price for the rental is reasonable. The house is in a great location, just up the road from the vineyards and a few miles from grocery stores, gas, etc. It's also quiet. The only drawback is that the house overlooks a busy road (Anza Road) and a few other properties that are in fair condition.

The Anza house was an absolute perfect fit for our needs. We were in Temecula throwing a Surprise 60th birthday party for my mom and this house was the perfect spot for our family to stay. Just around the corner from Ponte made it super easy and fast to get the party. Valerie was so accommodating and everything was great—including the bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries she left. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Not only was the house amazing, but there was a welcome package for us when we arrived! By far the best rental experience I have ever had. I'm already trying to figure out an excuse to go back again next year. If you're going to be in Temecula, The Anza House is the perfect place to be.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but as soon as we saw the house I was excited. The house was beautiful. There is ample room in the living area to congregate, and a nice kitchen area. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and snacks, which was so thoughtful. The rooms were great (thought the water from the shower in the master bathroom was a bit hard). The house was beautifully decorated. The view was wonderful and it was so nice that we did not have neighbors surrounding us so we could talk outside till the wee hours of the morning. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, clean and she provided towels which was nice. Only thing is know that there are four rooms and two bathrooms but one bathroom is in the master with no door. It was a slight inconvenience but overall an excellent, excellent time. I would come here again. Also, on Anza and very close to wineries. Big Plus! We got great directions too which was so helpful.

I just wanted to thank Valerie so much for allowing us to use her beautiful house for our daughter's wedding weekend. Upon arrival Valerie had left us fixings for our grandchildren's breakfast. The bonus room was perfect for my daughter and her children. They had a lot of room to relax and many times we found them in the room reading books and playing contently with the toys they brought. The home is beautifully decorated and my sister and her familyfrom Texas were able to stay with us. The day of the wedding the hair stylist and make-up stylist had plenty of room to do their jobs in the beautiiful master suite. The photographers got some great pictures of our lovely daughter. I cannot say enough about our stay, it was perfect! Our family enjoyed the beautiful view of the hot air balloons Saturday and Sunday morning from the backyard. It was a perfect stay and I cannot wait to book our next vacation with Valerie. Thank you once again for making our wedding weekend perfect!

We stayed here to enjoy our daughter's wedding at Ponte Winery, which was only 1.8 miles away. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of champagne from a local winery, fresh strawberries, and dipping chocolate.on the counter with a congratulatory note. The house itself was amazing! I cannot describe how lovely it is. It is super clean, very comfortable. Home is large & spacious. The floor plan is ideal for family gatherings. We filled all 4 bedrooms comfortably, used the washer & dryer, and the iron for last minute touch-ups. Wait till you see the master bath area! Quiet, relaxing setting. We enjoyed watching the hot air ballons in the morning over coffee on the patio. Very convenient to all wineries, groceries, etc if you need that. Kitchen fully stocked. My only regret was that we wished we could have stayed longer. A very special thanks for the early check-in, late chec-out. Perfect stay.

The long weekend I spent at this property was the true meaning of a display of "going above and beyond!" The owners were welcoming and wonderful. The icing on the cake was a late checkout with no hassle.

Our women's cycling team came to Anza house for a weekend retreat. When we had a small issue with the sink, a handyman was there on the scene within the hour. During the time he worked on the sink, he overheard one of the girls remark about the beautiful fireplace, and how cozy a fire would be. When Valerie (the owner) stopped by, she brought us two bottles of local champagne and an armload of firewood, telling us that Dave the handyman had overheard us talking about a fire. Talk about customer service! The owners of Anza house are masters of thoughtfulness and attention to detail! There are quiet roads all around for a jog or a bike ride, and drivers are very considerate. This was a great place to stay.

Our stay at Anza House for Thanksgiving 2011 was fantastic! Our family of nine including three children just loved the house, the view, the roominess and location. It was very relaxing enjoying the gorgeous country side views. We were close to the wineries and Old Town Temecula which we loved exploring. Valerie was very responsive and helpful. The welcoming bottle of wine was a very nice touch. The reality of the home was even better than the pictures showed. We look forward to staying there again!

We recently stayed at the Anza house for two nights with some friends. The house is large and spacious so that everyone has their own privacy. The house is very close to the wineries, fun restaurants and old Town Temecula. The house was clean and stocked with goodies in the pantry. Upon our arrival a bottle of champagn and strawberries were left for us. I would recommend the Anza house to anyone coming to Temecula.

I would highly recommend staying at the Anza House. The accommodations were wonderful. The house is fully stocked for everything one would need and it is conveniently located in wine country. The proprietor even provided a birthday cake, balloon, and champagne to surprise me on my arrival. It is a lovely home, very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay there again.

I recently booked this property for a group of 8 ladies (mid twenties to early thirties) for a Temecula weekend getaway and we had an excellent experience. Everything was clean, prepared, and organized and the house is gorgeous and BIG! There was more than enough room/seating for everyone to relax indoors and outdoors, and communication with the owner was both easy and quick. The owner was very accommodating to any requests and questions we had, and had a number of great suggestions for places to go and things to do during our weekend there. In addition we were greeted with a bottle of wine and fresh ingredients for dinner the first night which we all enjoyed. The property is furnished beautifully and came with anything we needed from linens to towels to things in the kitchen and things for the BBQ. This property is a great value and highly recommended. The scenery is beautiful and it is just a couple minutes from several wineries. I would stay here again should I find myself back in Temecula in the future.

This house is HUGE, just perfect for our family (2 grown children, one significant other & my husband and myself), plenty of comfy beds for all. We found a bottle of wine and fresh ingredients for a pasta dinner in the kitchen upon our arrival, a pleasant surprise. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the overall cleanliness of the house. Wineries are close by and the owner graciously offered to suggest some activities but we were only here two nights, on night attending a wedding so we were content to hang-out and visit. We were there in mid-July and the air-conditioned house was quite comfortable. We were entertained by a roadrunner or two and many rabbits in the garden. By the end of our second day we were wishing that we had booked a few more days to enjoy the house and explore the local wineries. Highly recommended.
