  Rented 3 nights for my daughters out of town wedding.The condo was clean, plenty of linens although kitchen was not well stocked, which was ok for us, we didn't intend to cook, so it served our purpose. Folding door in bedroom closet came off track, rather than take a chance a breaking it, I left it off track. Left linens piled on floor as instructed, however didn't remove mattress pads. Two days after our stay, owner cashed my deposit check stating door broken,linens laying around condo and hole in a mattress pad. I have rented for 7 years through VRBO for a week with my entire family (22 ppl) and have never ever had a complaint or my security deposit forfeited. We are always careful and respectful of homes we rent. It is ironic that the reason I picked this condo over many others was because owner was so accommodating and pleasant. Stay in a motel!

  Owner response: We have employed the same cleaning service for two years; only twice in that time have they alerted us to a problem like this. It is fully documented in photographs that a door had been ripped off the track, a mattress cover had been torn, and chocolate had been smeared in multiple places around the property, and the whole condo had been generally trashed. The carpenter who repaired the door showed us that someone literally had to have been swinging on the door to have both ripped it from the wooden track and torn apart the wheel. Replacing the door, the mattress cover, doing touch-up painting in the boy's bedroom, and the extra time we had to pay the cleaning service to complete getting the property ready for the next client far exceeded the amount of the damage deposit.

  Very pleasant for our small family. Family Wedding had taken place on Saturday morning in Downtown Lewes. Associated activities were in the area. Wish the weather had been warmer, to utilize the terrific screened balconies. We did not come to Lewes to watch TV , but as another reviewer mentioned > a larger screen would have been an asset.   We arrived to a very welcoming home: front light on and ceiling fans going on the delightfully large, two-sided, screened and easily accessible porch. Everything was in place, as shown in the photos, and in great working order. Our host was wonderful from the first email and chat to the last, and the condo is in a great location for accessing both Rehoboth and Lewes. We were most pleased and satisifed!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

  Great place! Lots of room and so close to everything. Our kids love riding their bikes around the community. Love the screened porch and the mini porch on the second room. A couple of suggestions/observations, would be nice to have a dresser in each of the bedrooms. a bigger than 19" TV in the livingroom would be nice as well. But all in all, will defenitely rent this place again and would recomend to others. Thank you for renting to us!

  This was an excellent place to stay. It is a beautiful place with everything you would need and impeccably clean. The owner was easy to work with and extremely helpful - including restaurant and beach recommendations. We were an easy drive to the beach but had a relaxed quiet place away from the crowds. I would highly recommend this property.

  Only being there a few days it was great. Things to do, places to go and just relaxing all in one. Easy access to many areas which were enjoyed extremely. Plenty of space and great for grandkids and families. Well supplied necessities and even extras for the shore visits. The owner was very helpful when I had questions and made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

  The condo was clean, comfortable, and very spacious! Having linens and basic household items available made preparing for our vacation so much easier. The owner was wonderful to work with as well! We were right around the corner from restaurants, mini-golf, and anything else we might have needed. The drive to Lewes beach was really easy, even during a busy 4th of July week (less than 10 minutes). Rehoboth beach was a little further due to traffic. We are hoping to come back in the fall or next summer. If you're considering this condo, I'd recommend it without hesitation!

  I enjoyed my stay at this condo. Everything I needed was there. My young children (2 and 4) had lots of room to roam around the condo and on the large screened-in patio. We were a short drive away (<10 min) from the calmer Lewes beaches and the ocean beaches of Henlopen Park and Rehoboth Beach. I was pleased not to see any bugs crawling around the condo or in the beds. The owner was easy to work with and was available during my stay to solve a minor issue that came up.

  I can not say enough about Faith and her condo. She was so helpful, and flexible. I appreciated how reachable she was as well. I contacted her and she responded in a short amount of time. This was a very last minute stay and Faith was more than willing to help. The condo has everything you need and I feel Faith goes above and beyond. She provided linens, towels, beach chairs, and toys which saves on space when packing. My bed was even made when I arrived. After a long trip it was so nice to just be able to climb in bed. I slept so well the first night too. The beds were so comfy! The kitchen is also well stocked. I had everything i needed to make meals for my family. The condo is also huge. Lots of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Thank you so much Faith for your flexiblity and all your help in making our last minute getaway stress free, and relaxing. We will be back
