Cute, cozy and updated small cottage apartment in a great location. Perfect for a couple..or those traveling with a small child looking for an affordable, but clean place to stay. The cottage apartment is updated with a flat screen TV in the living room and another TV in the bedroom. The bathroom has a marble tiled shower and vanity and the kitchen has a gas stove and full size fridge - with everything you need! There's also an outdoor BBQ for you to grill up your favorites after a long day at the beach or Sea World! It's a great, affordable place to relax at the beach without breaking the vacation budget, but super cute with everything you need for a great vacation! Sorry, no pets allowed. Maximum of 3 guests allowed.

I totally agree with the other reviews..helpful owner, the apartment was as advertised, cute and clean and close to everything! It's very tastefully furnished and decorated. We loved every minute of our stay!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Our stay at Ocean beach was perfect. The owner was helpful and quick to answer any questions before and during our stay. The cottage was clean and comfortable with most of the conviences of home. Our family enjoyed being within walking distance of the ocean as well as the many restaurants and shops. One could even bicycle to Sea World, Balboa Park (SD Zoo) and Old Town. We will definitely book another stay here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I had a great week at this property. It was as advertised, clean, cozy and cute. It had everything we needed to cook and it was close enough to the beach, restaurants and other things we wanted to see while in San Diego. We loved that is was far away from any noisy parties, tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The backyard is shared with another unit - we never saw anyone although there was someone staying there. Would be great for a couple with a small child as it is just down the street (about a mile away) from Sea World.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I've owned in Ocean Beach since 2001. I bought my home here because it's one of the last genuinely "laid back" beach communities in San Diego. OB has a unique feel like no other in San Diego County. It's close to everything, the people are down to earth and the area is beautiful.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
The cottage apartment is very clean and quiet. You are far away from the "party zone" you will find the closer you get to the beach. The home is only several blocks from the beach, but close to everything and so peaceful.
