  We've returned from Vienna just a week ago. The appartment is perfect - very nice place in a quite, nice location. The landlord Mani is the best landlord ever, available 24 hours and ready to help any time during our stay in Vienna! Thank you again and many times, Mani! The appartment is very clean, comfortable, close to the city center and all the sightseeings. Supermarkets, shops, restaurantes - everything is whithin 3-5 min. walking. Also, transportation to the appartment from the airport and back, from railway stations and back are also very comfortable due to very good location of the flat. Summing up the abovesaid I would stay here again and recommend this appartment to all my friends who's going to come to Vienna!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed at this apartment for a week in May 2013. We were a party of 4 adults. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment and it was as depicted on the VRBO website. It has been recently renovated and was very clean. The apartment is ideally located as we walked everywhere, one in our party rode a tram one day but that was more for the experience than a necessity. The apartment is well equipped, we made a few dinners there after a couple of long days sightseeing. Mani, the owner, was especially accommodating. We arrived early in the morning, Vienna time, after a red-eye flight from Canada. We were able to meet Mani at the apartment shortly after the previous tenants had vacated, leave our luggage and walk to a few sights while the apartment was being cleaned and readied for our stay. A couple of days into our stay, Mani showed with mattress pads for the single beds in the second bedroom. He was responding to feedback from previous clients as to the comfort of the beds. Our traveling friends were using this room and they both commented on the improvement the pads made. Overall, our stay in Vienna was a very enjoyable experience with both the apartment and Mani's responsiveness playing a significant role in this positive outcome.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  The apartment was really spacious and clean, entirely renovated, nicely designed and perfectly located nearby the tram so you can quickly get to the city center. I've been very satisfied during the whole duration of my stay. What's more, Mani was really helpful, giving directions, being always on time and keen to answer every of my questions very quickly. This apartment is the best around, worth the money you pay for it. 5 stars, highly recommended.

  This was a wonderful apartment in a safe, secure location and within 5 mins walking to the tram. A block away from the grocery store and location did have the coveted washing machine! The aptartment was very neat, clean, and modern with new furniture and it looked as if it had been freshly renovated. It is located on the 2nd floor which is accessable by a lift. Mani the owner met us when we arrived and oriented us to our location. He made us feel welcome and even hired a taxi for us to the airport on our departure day.The besy place we 3 ladies stayed on our Europe trip and I would stay here again! Highly recommend.

  We chose this apartment because of its close proximity to Vienna's city center and we were not disappointed. Mani the landlord promptly met us when we arrived from the airport and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment, where to get groceries and where we could eat traditional food for a reasonable price. He told us how to get to the city center by tram which made our first visit to this city so easy and enjoyable. He also told us if we needed anything to call anytime and for this we are truly grateful. As for the apartment, it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Simply put, it was perfect for the three of us. We made this our home for 3 nights and we were able to see many beautiful sites of Vienna. We even attended an evening Mozart concert. We definitely recommend this apartment because of its convenient location, its reasonable price and especially because of Mani who does everything he can to ensure that you will have a pleasurable stay.

  Das Apartment bietet durch seine Ausstattung einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es verfügt über große und helle Räume, die freundlich und modern eingerichtet sind. Die Möbel sind alle neu und bieten allen Komfort, den man sich wünscht: Bequeme Betten und Sitzgelegegenheiten sowie genügend Raum für Kleidung, Einkäufe etc. Zudem gibt es ein komplett neues Badezimmer. Wer einen Spielfilm im Fernsehen oder eine mitgebrachte DVD ansehen möchte, kann dies mit dem DVD-Player gerne tun. Denn der Flachbildfernseher bietet dem Zuschauer ein hoch qualitatives Bild. Einkäufe sind durch die zentrale Lage des Apartments kein Problem, da es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind. Eine S-Bahn- Station liegt ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe des Apartments. Dieses Apartment ist unbedingt zu empfehlen!

  If you understand the point of traveling and have time to relax in a comfortable place like your home; 'away from home'- stay here. Minutes away from the city center while getting the culture from 'outside' the city. The apt is authentic, clean, comfortable, big, safe, fun, and best of all, includes a washer/dyer (for those of your staying longer-term). There is a grocery store around the corner for quick shopping, so it was nice to use the kitchen and amenities to make ourselves breakfast, etc...My husband and I paid half of what we would pay in an average hotel in Vienna..Mani, the landlord of the condo was extremely helpful with all tourist/local information. He even helped us with our luggage! Enjoy! xo

  Mani's apartment is a fantastic place to stay as an alternative to a small expensive hotel. It was our first time to Vienna and Mani was the most friendly, helpful individual we met thus far on our European journey. The flat was perfect for my wife and I and was very large, clean and definitely a 5 star apartment. We wanted to stay longer because the apartment was so clean, comfortable and made us feel very much at home. With it being our first visit to Vienna, i was full of many questions and Mani was quick to respond to any and all of our needs (something you wouldn't expect from a vrbo rental). He really went above and beyond our expectations in every area and the next time we return to Vienna we are 100% staying here again. You will not be disappointed. We are from NYC and have traveled the world is this was one of the best vrbo rentals we have ever stayed at. We got ourselves into a jam w a car rental reservation and Mani even helped us carry our HUGE luggage our of the flat and met me at the Hertz station. Was extremely nice of him!!!

  This lovely and very cheap apartment is a comfortable place to stay in Vienna! We've been there with three persons, but 4 persons is also comfortable. There is only one bedroom (two beds), but two can sleep in de living room. You only have to walk 5 min. then take the tram to Karlsplatz and you will be in the centre within 15 min. You can enjoy your breakfast just in front of the tramstop, only for a few euro's. The property was very clean and well maintained. Mani, the owner is a very kind man, and he will tell you all the details, and gives you excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative! Pauline
