    My husband and I just completed our wonderful month-long vacation in this condo, which is outstanding. It has all of the amenities of home and more. The landlord has thought of everything to make your visit comfortable. All you need to bring is your suitcase. My husband especially enjoyed fishing in the stocked ponds catching 10--12 fish a day. Movies, shopping and a grocery store are all within short walking distance. The beach with paved walking paths is a five minute drive. You cannot go wrong in renting this condo!

    Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, sightseeing.

    We had a perfect vacation at this beautiful, clean, professionally decorated ground floor villa. It felt like home when we returned each day. Everything we might need was there, even a computer desk full of office supplies. Photos and description were accurate. We especially loved the quiet lake view at the villa and also the breathtaking sunsets on nearby Anna Maria Island. The owner of this villa is so helpful. We cannot wait to return.

    Beautifully decorated ground floor condo just steps to the pools, tennis courts and spas. The screened porch has a lovely view of the lake and a cooling ceiling fan. This is no doubt the nicest villa in Shorewalk. The owner provides everything you might need.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    The location of this condo is perfect. It's right near everything yet separate enough to have peace and quiet no matter what time of day. We can walk to the grocery store and to several restaurants, and we can take a bus or rent a car to get to the nearby islands – only a 10 minute drive. Once on Anna Maria Island, there is a free trolley. The condo was beautifully furnished and had all those little touches that make you feel right at home. Anything you might want was there which helped a lot! …Great location…resort living…lakefront…2 pools…2 whirlpools - We definitely want to stay here again. Thanks!

    A beautiful, well furnished and very clean ground floor villa with a small lake and wildlife to watch – turtles, ducks, wood storks and a roseate spoonbill. We have been coming to the Bradenton area for several years, and this is the best condo we have stayed at. The owner is very helpful. This is a quiet complex, but close to many restaurants, shops, a bowling theater and a movie theater – and most important – close to the beaches of Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. The free WiFi and free long distance phone were great.

    The weather was sunny with 70 degree highs, a bit cool, but nice. WONDERFUL THINGS WE DID: Ate lunch and dinner by the beach (Beach House and Sandbar). Walked the Robinson Preserve. Discovered the Ringling Museum of Art (free on Mondays). MOMENTS AND LITTLE DETAILS THAT MATTERED: Watched the waterfowl from the lanai of this lovely, comfortable condo!. Loved all of the homey touches. Thank you!

    This is a beautifully furnished condo, very comfortable and clean, with everything you need for the perfect vacation. Love being able to walk to shops and restaurants. We spent our time playing tennis, swimming in the pools, and watching gorgeous sunsets on Anna Maria Island. Can’t wait to come back!

    Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. We really enjoyed watching the lake from the living room and from the desk in the bedroom. We feel as if we belong in this beautiful villa. Tennis at IMG was great! Thank you, Marilyn. We are very organized, and it is a pleasure to work with you because you are so organized.

    I highly recommend this choice for your vacation/get-away. Location is really not too far from the beautiful beaches. The condo is fantastic. The owner provides everything that you would normally want & need and much much more. It is tastefully decorated, the master bedroom bed is very comfortable (we did not use the 2nd bedroom). I cannot say enough positive things about the villa. Oh yes, the owner is great also. She was so responsive, helpful...WONDERFUL IN EVERY WAY!!!!!

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    We want to thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa. It is absolutely the nicest place we have ever stayed. The weather was wonderful during our stay and we were able to swim in one of the pools every day. It was so nice to sit on the lanai to have breakfast or lunch under the gentle breeze of the ceiling fan. When we went to the beach on nearby Anna Maria Island, the dolphins and manatees put on great shows for us. You also have one of the best provisioned kitchens we have ever seen. We lacked nothing. In short your condo was terrific and we had a great time. So thank you.

    Perfect weather - mid 80's clear and bright. Some wonderful things we did: IMG Bollettieri Adult Tennis Camp - the Sandbar Restaurant at Sunset & Schnitzel Kitchen in Sarasota (the best schnitzel and panfried potatoes this side of Germany - besides Mom's) - the Ringling Museum of Fine Art and miniature circus; fun for the whole family and good sunset watching too... Details that mattered: Coming home to this wonderful condo at the end of a long day, watching the geese fly over.

    The weather was perfect! We visited with friends and the friendly people we met here. Enjoyed a walk at Robinson Preserve, went to the beach, etc. etc. This is a very nice condo.

    The weather was 70-80 degrees - perfect. We spent time with daughter and granddaughter and discovered the St. Pete area. Owner had left a small decorated Christmas tree for us and we celebrated Christmas with our family. Loved this place we stayed at.

    Two of my sisters and I,spent two and a half months in this condo during the winter of 2011. We have stayed at Shorewalk many times and this is, by far, the "nicest' place we have rented. I appreciate the owners personal touch and concern during our stay. Everything is nearby for us, including family so we love the location. We enjoyed the view from the lanai and the living room, plus all the sunshine. Being able to safely walk around the Shorewalk complex and over to the stores are added p[luses. We do not like AC, so we enjoyed the wonderful Florida air coming into the condo when we opened the lanai door and using the screen portion of the front storm door. This condo for us, was truly a home away form home!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    We have enjoyed 2 1/2 months during the winters for three consecutive years in this condo. The unit is bright, clean, and well appointed with a cheerful décor. Shorewalk is a jewel of condominiums located in a shaded area of trees and lakes. My wife enjoyed several of the activities that are available to residents such as swimming, cards etc. Friends enjoyed the availability of tennis and shuffleboard. The overall atmosphere at Shorewalk is warm and welcoming. A genuine welcome is extended to visitors who travel from England, France, Canada and the U.S.A. This facility is a wonderful choice for a holiday any time of the year. Wendell and Sheila

    I've stayed at this condo twice (one week per each visit) in the past 2 years and both times it was wonderful. The decor was warm and cheerful and the condo itself was very spacious - altogether, it had a happy, carefree, yet relaxed vacation atmosphere. Clean, well-stocked with linens, appliances, and other accomodations; not to mention, the view of the lake from the lanai was gorgeous. Both times, I went with a friend - we most enjoyed watching the ducks and the turtles swim in the lake in the mornings and relaxing in the hot tub later in the day. We visited Busch Gardens for a day, which was a fairly short drive and well worth it to see all of the exotic animals. Our favorite place of all, however, was the beach right off the Gulf - it was absolutely beautiful and a quick drive from the condo. Peaches for breakfast and the Sandbar for dinner were two of our favorite nearby restaurants, but the area is rich in everything from cute breakfast cafes to delicious and extravagant restaurants for lunch and dinner that have breathtaking views of the Gulf (especially at sunset). I would definitely recommend this condo for its beautiful decor, convenient location, and the overall pleasant experiences I've had there!
