In 2011 the homeowner painted the whole interior of the property; had new Travertine Tile installed throughout all rooms with the exception of the bedrooms; new carpet in both bedrooms; new microwave; new dishware; new silverware; new pots and pans; new utensils; new towels, linens, bed pillows, comforters (kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms). They want to insure that the vacation guests enjoy their condo while staying there.
Also, in 2011 the homeowners of Woodhaven Country Club purchaed the Golf Club. We are all very excited about this venture and have already been in action. We have purchased 60 brand new golf carts, and new Life Fitness (professional quality) fitness equipment for the fitness center (treadmills, bikes, etc.). It is in the plans to improve the tennis courts and the golf course next year. A lot of wonderful and positive things are happening in Woodhaven Country Club!
This development is a beautifully maintained Guard Gated community. As a guest, you are invited to enjoy the weekly activities and dinners provided to the members while enjoying your stay at Woodhaven Country Club. Sports packages with special rates are available through Woodhaven Country Club during your stay in this condo. Woodhaven's facilities include an 18-hole golf course, a 34,000 square foot clubhouse with dining room, snack bar, pro shop, exercise room (treadmills, bikes and weights), steam room and men's and women's locker rooms. In addition there are eight tennis courts (4 lighted) and a tennis shop. The development offers 4 pools and spas conveniently located at each corner.
Vacation Guests are able to use all of the above while staying in Woodhaven Country Club.

Perfect accommodation and location. We would definitely consider staying here again. We very much appreciate the rental agent and neighbours who are both helpful and friendly.
