WELCOME to our Eden Exchange loft! This is a luxury two bedroom, one and a half bath loft.

This is a fully renovated loft in a 1930's building RIGHT in the middle of everything downtown Nashville has to offer. 16 foot ceilings, private terrace, two bedrooms, one and a half baths WIFI, Parking, dishwasher, AC, beverage cooler, HD TV, Bluray, etc.
The two bedrooms are a queen sized bed and a king sized bed. The king bedroom has a large walk thru closet and en suite bathroom and laundry. There is a half bath off of the kitchen which shares access to the shower.
The kitchen is a fully equipped gourmet set up with stainless appliances, dishwasher, convection/ microwave, and beverage cooler. Granite counters and a large bar which is used for entertaining as well as dining.
On the Patio there are two sitting areas one area hosts a bistro table and two chairs for morning coffee or sunset drinks. The other has wicker love seat and two deep wicker chairs and a coffee table. The patio is decorated with some tiki lights and a Japanese maple, as well as a plastic palm tree which creates atmosphere from fun to meditative depending on your needs.
Walk to LP Field for the Titans, Symphony hall, Bridgestone arena for major concerts, the historical Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Museum and Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts center, the river side park, and every honky tonk bar, restaurants ranging from five star dining to BBQ on a paper plate! Don't forget Hockey action in Bridgestone arena!
The interior of the loft is quite and serene. The 16 foot ceilings give a spacious feel to the over 1,100 sq ft of indoor and outdoor living.
Bamboo floors, custom kitchen and a outdoor private terrace inside a secure building. We provide ONE gated parking space for your visit. so you can come and go with your car with worrying about parking.
So enjoy the orchestra or some rock-a-billy, football to hockey, museum to art gallery, fine dining to bbq and walk home to a quite retreat.

My husband and I went to Nashville with two other couples for a fun weekend away, and fun we had. The loft comfortably sleeps 6 people and is in an excellent location to restaurants, music and entertainment. It is located in a safe area and we walked everywhere. We look forward to making a return visit.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was fantastic. We were with a group of 6 in Nashville to celebrate a 40th birthday. Everything was a block or two away. We got ther on Friday, parked the car, and didn't get back into the car until sunday to head home. The condo was also clean and well equiped. I plan to call Dustin next time we head to Nashville.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Four of us planned a weekend in Nashville and we could not have asked for better accommodations. Pros: The property is centrally located with free parking just steps away. We parked the car and forgot about it. The two bedroom loft is very nicely decorated and equipped with anything you can possibly think of. Unfortunately we had rain during our stay and could not enjoy the outside sitting area. Cons: n/aRecommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities.

My girlfriends and I stayed in this condo while in Nashville to celebrate a 40th birthday. Dustin was the ultimate host. Our stay could not have gone more smoothly. We parked our car when we arrived on Friday and did not need it again until we left on Monday. Everything you could possibly need or want is within walking distance. Dustin even mapped out a bar crawl for us! We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
Owner response: Well, yes start handing out bar crawl maps...But right now we are thinking about a wheel barrel service to get folks from the bar back to the loft... :)

we had a wonderful weekend in this loft, being in Nashville for my daughter's graduation. .the location cannot be beat, surrounded by restaurants, nightlife, and easily accessible by highway. Dustin is an attentive and responsive owner, just what you would hope for in a VRBO rental. Outside noise is practically non-existent once the doors are closed, The loft itself is wide open, a treat, unless you are a light sleeper(like me) and wake to every little sound. (don't bring an elderly guest who wakes up at 5am, I'm just saying) So considering that last bit of advice, rent this loft, you'll love it.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Dustin was awesome from Day 0! He quickly replied to all inquiries regarding the property and its location/amenities. The entire rental process was absolutely painless and worry-free! Dustin met us upon arrival and was even more pleasant and helpful in person. This location is AWESOME. I ran the Country music marathon. The loft was 2.3 miles from the start, 2 miles from the finish and seconds from all the fun! We did not rent nor did we need a car. The loft was stocked with all the essentials. It was clean and so comfortable! Even the pull out couch was comfy! Two bathrooms, laundry, towels, TP, bed linens, great kitchen and patio. I would absolutely recommend this rental! If you are reading this, seriously, stop searching, you found your rental propoerty you will not be sorry.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I rented this loft for four of us to use during a weekend in Nashville. The location of the building couldn't be better. It's a quick walk to Broadway and it's directly across the street from Printers Alley. It is also located right next door to the Courtyard Marriott which worked well since we had other people in our group staying there. The loft is on the first floor of a very modern building. There's a gated parking lot if you do decide to bring a car although there is really no reason to have a car while you're there. You are within a one block walk of a grocery store, convenience store, and a multitude of restaurants. The owner bent over backwards to help us out. He even gave us a ride to the loft from the airport, although I'm not sure if that's a standard offering. He showed us around and answered any questions we had. He is also readily available if any questions come up during your stay. The place was clean, well decorated, and fully appointed. Our kitchen had all of the utensils and housewares that we needed. Beds were comfortable and with the pull out couch you could accommodate more than 4 people if you needed to. The shower in the bathroom can be accessed from either of the 1/2 baths so there is plenty of privacy from either bedroom. There is a nice sized patio area connected to the living room which provides additional space and makes the place feel more roomy. Overall the stay was great and the place was exactly what we expected!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Stayed in this condo for 3 nights. Very easy to locate, parking was perfect and condo was very nice. On our arrival evening Dustin met us and guided us to the exact location along with helping with the luggage. It was a pleasure to meet and do business with you. We had a great weekend in the perfect location. This property had all the amenities you needed and is within walking distance to everything, as soon as we parked the car we didn't need it again until we left. The loft is nice and relaxing with a great outdoor patio. I live about 30 minutes outside and wanted to get a cool place downtown for my husbands surprise 30th get-together. His brother came was planning on coming and I wanted to show everyone a good time. I initially looked at hotels but soon discovered this place. Now, I am from Nashville and know all the places to stay… I couldn’t have imagined a better place closer to the action. It is literally on Printers Alley (a can’t miss if you are visiting and love music). It is only a two block walk to the restaurants on 2nd avenue and music on Broadway. This place was very spacious and beautiful. Beds were comfy, shower an unexpected surprise. The parking was an unanticipated plus. Parking in Nashville is impossible…I had imagined the parking space was a random space in a far off parking garage. I was very pleased to see that the parking was RIGHT outside of the door in a private gated lot. This is priceless. I wanted to show the family a good weekend and I know we did that this weekend...thanks to this place. The owner was very personable and responded to all questions immediately, making me very sure of wanting to stay the loft. Places I would recommend: Puckett’s (on church literally right down the street), 417 Union (great breakfast place), and Printers Alley.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities.
