This is a charming 1920s home located 3 blocks from the Saratoga Race Course and a half mile from downtown Saratoga Springs. It has a screened back porch overlooking a private, fenced back yard with gardens. The house is one block from the city's main recreational park, which offers tennis courts, ball fields, playgrounds, and more!
The house sleeps 6 and has 2.5 baths. The first floor offers a large kitchen, a dining room, a living room, an enclosed sun porch, and a 1/2 bath. The upstairs offers a master bedroom with a dressing room (queen-size bed), and 2 additional bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and one with two single beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs.
The renovated basement includes an exercise area, social space with large-screen TV, full laundry, and a full bathroom. The house has hardwood floors throughout. The main living area downstairs and the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Our Home Away from Home at "The Spa"
We absolutely love our "home away from home" in Saratoga. We are counting down the days til our 3rd year in this wonderful house just blocks away from the racetrack, the Fasig Tipton Sales barn and in the heart of one of Saratoga's most lovely neighborhoods. We adore everything about the house - and spend most of our days on the porch overlooking the pretty yard. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious, the common areas comfortable and attractive, and the kitchen open and well appointed. The location cannot be beaten - we walk everywhere, but have plenty of street parking for our friends & visitors. The owners are delightful, so friendly, helpful, welcoming and eager for us to enjoy their home as they do. We treasure every day we spend in our home away from home and only wish we could stay longer. We would absolutely recommend this home to any summertime visitors to Saratoga - among the home's many wonderful features, the location is truly the best. So close to town, easy access from the highway, walking to the track, and in such a pretty and welcoming neighborhood. The home is lovingly cared for and in beautiful condition - and very welcoming and easy to live in. The feel is cozy and comfortable, but the space allows for up to 6 guests to stay with plenty of room and amenities.
