We bought this house as our 2nd home not a vacation rental. We have used the home for our own private use and shared with our closest friends family and business partners.

We love this house for the unique location. You are just close enough to everything; grocery stores, dining,shopping, Beach, boat rentals & fishing charters. Sanibel Island and Captiva are around the corner!! We love that every morning the Manatees and Dolphins are at play in the canal!! We Kayak to the beach for a picnic. If your a dog lover like us there's a DOG BEACH at Lover's Key State Park even if your pet is not with you it's a blast just to see all the different breeds running around.
