My family of 6 stayed at this gorgeous vacation home and loved every minute of it! From the very beginning I was provided with information about the home and city and preparations for our stay were seamless. The home is modern, clean, spacious, and extremely well lit. It's proximity to the ocean is amazing, and nothing can beat the fresh ocean breeze that calms your senses as soon as you open up the front door! Jan is a very friendly and wonderful person, who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and enjoyed our time in this beautiful city. Since it is located so close to downtown, we enjoyed walking down to the city center; it was a welcomed change from driving, sitting in traffic and struggling with parking. This vacation rental home went above and beyond our expectations! Can't wait to come back next year!

Weekly: Low Season Oct-May $2,500.00 / High Season Jun-Sep $2,950.00. Monthly rate range from min $3,500.00 to max of $5,000.00. Minimum cleaning fee of $300.00 applied to each stay. Payment can be made by Official Cheque, wire transfer or Etransfer only. 20% of the rent is required to complete booking (non-refundable) Rent shall be paid in full no later then 4 week prior to arrival. Security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, there is no refund on deposit.

About the owner: I am a single mother of three who works in nursing. I have lived in Victoria for 35 years and I love to travel. I enjoy meeting new people and experiencing new cultures, and I try to bring my experiences back home to Victoria with me.

I have been privalged to live in the heart of Victoria for 35 wonderful years, and I truly believe it is one of the most beautiful places in the world. As such, I designed my vacation rental to be able to share the beauty of Victoria with others.

One of my favorite things to do in James Bay is to take a stroll down Dallas Road to view the many cruise ships that dock just down the street from this property. In addition to the breath taking ocean views, Dallas Road offers a chance to socialize with other travellers as well as an opportunity to enjoy some of the worlds most beautiful sunsets.
