Sunset Village is nestled between the 4th and 7th fairways of the Dan Maples designed Piper course. Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club offers 27 of the best Bent Greens on the Strand and has become known as the best groomed golf course in the area. Sunset Village is a quiet Condominium community surrounded by green fairways, lakes with their wildlife, swimming pools, and the Atlantic Ocean.

The Sunset Beach area has it all, including North Carolina's only floating bridge still in operation across the salt marsh and Intracoastal Waterway. There are 30 golf courses within thirty minutes and over 100 courses within one hour. With Wilmington, NC only forty-five minutes to the North and North Myrtle Beach, SC fifteen minutes to the South the Sunset Beach area is a perfect location for shopping, dining and entertainment. If you are looking to relax, the 3 miles of beach at Sunset Beach provides the perfect setting.

For your stay at Sunset Beach, we offer our warm and inviting Golf Villa located at Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club. The villa offers a terrific view of the 7th hole of the Piper course. Sandpiper Bay is a gated community of upscale homes and golf villas conveniently located in Sunset Beach.

Our spacious well-appointed Villa offers guests 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The villa is fully furnished and equipped. It is very comfortable with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, as well as upgraded flooring. There are two queen beds and two twin beds. Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided.

The beach at Sunset Beach is a five minute drive. North Myrtle Beach is a short fifteen minute drive from the villa. Calabash, renowned for its seafood, is five minutes away. On-site amenities include golf, tennis, and two (2) swimming pools.

For you golfers, there are numerous golf courses within ten minutes of the villa. These courses include; Angels Trace (two courses), Sea Trail (three), The Pearl (two), Thistle, Ocean Ridge (three), Oyster Bay, Crow Creek, Brunswick Plantation, Calabash, Farmstead, and Meadowlands. There are over a 100 courses in the Grand Strand area.

The non-smoking villa is maintained and rented by the owner. We take pride in offering you a nice and clean property to rent. Sunset Beach is nice, quiet, and clean, yet the excitement of the Grand Strand is only minutes away.
