This place will fast become your beach home away from home! Designed with comfort in mind, the house is well equipped and spacious, ideal for one family or two families traveling together. The multi-levels allow privacy and peace, but ample space to come together in the middle level's large, open kitchen and family room.
First floor features an entertainment room, access to a patio and outdoors, guest bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom.
The main entry, large family room, dining room, open kitchen and eating area, wet bar, half bath, front porch and back screened in porch are all located on the second level.
The third floor features the master bedroom (king bed), views of the woods, large private bathroom with jetted spa tub. The third bedroom has a queen bed, the fourth bedroom has twin beds. There is an additional full bathroom shared by the two bedrooms. There is an office loft and HE washer/dryer on the third floor as well.
Start your mornings on the sunny front porch - and after taking advantage of all The Peninsula has to offer - end your day on the breezy, secluded back porch. There is also an outside patio with access to the grounds, walking trails and a grill. There is so much to do on The Peninsula and Rehoboth Beach is just a short car or boat ride away.

Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: My husband has been visiting Rehoboth beach since he was a toddler. Vacationing at Rehoboth has since become a family tradition. Our family enjoys all of the different activities here and we particularly enjoy sharing our home with friends new and old. Although we live year-round on the Jersey Shore, we take every opportunity to escape to The Peninsula.
Why the Owner Chose Millsboro:
It's a perfect combination of golf and beach access. Even though we live at the Jersey shore, we love the Delaware beaches for our get-aways!
