  I must say the pictures do not do the house justice. Trish has everything you could need to make your stay at her place a great one. You have some fans in NYC !!!

  What a surprise this home was. It was beautiful in the pictures but much better in person. It is hard to really show the character and unique details that this home has thru a camera lens. The views of the Ocean and roof deck were amazing and the location was perfect. We went for daily walks/runs around the neighborhood and took pictures on the rocks overlooking the beach on the hiking trails that are right around the corner. The neighborhood appears to be very safe and luxurious. The apartment was a good size for our group of 6 and the kitchen was well appointed. We will be booking this rental again for sure!   We had a fantastic long weekend. The property is very well maintained and is beautifully decorated. It is in a great location and the view is spectacular. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions that we had. We loved our time in Newport and we would definitely stay here again. It is an amazing place!!!

  This is a great spot to be in, walk to Purgatory Chasm, walk or short drive to Second Beach, close to town. The property is also great, meticulously decorated and furnished, great views, wonderful living space and porches. Cannot wait to go back.

  A unique apartment, well appointed and in an excellent location near the beach and excellent walks in nearby sanctuaries. A short drive down into Newport. We really enjoyed it.

  My friends rented this house for a long weekend for a summer reunion ( We are in our mid 20's). The house was beautiful, location was perfect- we could walk to the beach and it was a short drive/cab ride to downtown. The whirpool tub was amazing.One thing I will say is that there is absolutely no smoking on the property at all ( not even outside on the porch), so if you are a smoker be aware of this. Also the house is a townhouse so it is connected to another rental downstairs, this wasn't an issue for us but just somthing to keep in mind. Another thing to note is the house is located next to a larger condo complex and a big parking lot so there is not much privacy when you are outside on the lower deck. Overall I would highly recommend and we hope to come back next year again!

  I stayed here with my adult children and their spouses.This was a truly beautiful house with everything we needed. Very clean, so comfortable with all the amenities. It was so close to everything. The owner was very gracious, even leaving us cold drinks and small snacks upon our arrival. It was a great place to stay and in a perfect location. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to get away and discover Newport. I hope to come back again next year.

  This property truly is a luxury. From the toiletries in the bathrooms, to the fabulous beds, gourmet kitchen and two decks with views to the ocean, we could not have been happier with our stay at the Bass Rocks Upper Deck. My husband and I rented the condo with one other couple and there was more than enough room for all of us. We will be back for sure!
