The Bluffs condominiums are central to everything! My unit is tucked between Interstates 5, 8, and 163 on Friars Road. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The queen-size bed can sleep one couple and there is a large sofa or twin air matress for one extra person or two children. The kitchen is decorated in stainless steel with granite slab countertops. It also has a water purifier. The shower has five shower heads, and a jetted tub. Sleep in luxury on a Tempurpedic memory foam mattress with 400 threadcount sheets.
The grounds are tropical with a creek babbling near the walkways, and include a tennis court(racquets and balls provided in unit), two swimming pools and a clubhouse with a gym and honor system library. One underground, gated parking space is also included. Riverwalk golf club is across the street, and the course can be viewed from the balcony. The Bluffs also has a night patrolman on the premises.
Walking distance to the San Diego Trolley Station at Fashion Valley Mall. Five minute drive to Sea World, Fiesta Island, Mission Beach, and lots of shopping. Ten minute drive to airport, San Diego harbor, zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town, gaslamp district, downtown, La Jolla Coves, and Shelter Island. Fifteen to twenty minute drive to Wild Animal Park, Coronado Island, Del Mar horse races, Viejas casino and outlet stores, and Mexico.

About the owner: I am 41 years old and own a day spa in Imperial, CA which is about 100 miles southeast of San Diego.
Why the Owner Chose Mission Valley:
I used to travel for my job, and purchased this condo to use as my home base when in town. However, life brought me to Imperial, so now I only use it when I need a vacation myself! During the rest of the year, I am able to share with all you other vacationers!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love the pool, and the grounds. I also love how I can get just about anywhere in San Diego quickly. It always seems that you are going the opposite way of traffic which is a huge blessing!
