Beautiful Ocean Hollow townhome property with TV's in every bedroom, handicapped accessible with chair lift, private entry, 2 car garage with everything you need for the beach. Bikes, helmets, toys, movies, books and DVD's are all here. Just bring your bed linens and towels. King bed and trundle bed in Master with private bathroom, bunk beds with double on bottom and single, 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, 4th bedroom is a Queen bed. These bed's share a full bath. 1/2 bath located on 1st floor. Ocean view on master deck.

DEPOSITS AND PROCEDURE:
A $300 deposit is required in order to reserve your week or weeks. The $300 would then become your security deposit. Half payment is due 30days after initial deposit and lease agreement. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is the only way to reserve your week or weeks.

My family and I stayed at this property for bike weekend in wildwood, Thursday Sept. 8 to Sunday Sept. 11. The property was very clean and beautiful.Very roomy, we didn't feel cramped at all and I have a very large family. The pool area was kept very clean and the water was very clean and warm. If you are traveling with someone who has physical disabilities you have the option of using the chair lift and it is a tremendous help.The owner was also very nice and easy to communicate with.I would definetly recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.
