Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2000
We're a skiing family and head to the hills every chance we get. We love playing games and watching movies at the condo after a long day of skiing or hiking. It's a very cozy place for our family to regroup.
Why the Owner Chose Other Wildernest Properties
We bought this condo so we'd have easy access to a variety of ski areas. We mostly ski Copper Mountain, but also head over to A-Basin and Beaver Creek every now and then. We area also cross country skiers and love the fact that that there are miles of trails right behind the condo. Of course, that means fabulous hiking in the summer, too. The kids like the outlet centers at the bottom of the hill and the nearby rec center and movie theater.

The condo is well suited for those who wish to ski multiple resorts in Summit & Eagle counties. The view from the sunroom is fantastic. The unit is ideal for a family or small group. The extra bathroom helps with the morning showers. The heated garage is very helpful in the winter months. One does not have to worry about the frost and snow or the storage of skis. The unit was clean and well maitained. The location is close to restaurants, stores, Lake Dillion, and ski resorts.
