  We enjoyed our weekend stay at this beautiful condo to celebrate my Mother's 81st birthday. She doesn't do a lot of walking but does enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The weather did not permit much of this activity as it was unseasonably cool, windy, and at times rainy, but the balcony would have been a hit otherwise! (Maybe next time!) All was not lost for the condo was spacious, relaxing, and decorated very well; It was one of the nicer units we have ever rented. Being previous owners of a beach condo, we tried to take good care of it while there. We enjoyed the opportunity to rent such nice accommodations and hope to return one day!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  Owner response: If only I could control the weather for all of my guests... I really wanted your mom's birthday celebration to allow her relaxation on our balcony. I'm glad our spacious accommodations met your needs! Hope to have you back again (and that it's warmer next time!)

  The condo is beautiful and spacious. The views are magnificent! We loved that it is an end unit with a wrap-around balcony. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The only negative thing that I have to say about it (and it's not even a big deal) is that the 4th bedroom is dark with no windows. Again, this wasn't a big deal since it was only used for sleeping. Debra was great to work with. We had an issue with the cooling system and she had a technician there to fix it within a couple of hours and called to make sure that his visit wouldn't inconvenience us in any way. We loved staying there and would definitely stay in this condo again.

I agree, the fourth bedroom is dark, but since it is an interior room, there is no place to install a window... very good for sleeping though!! So glad you enjoyed your stay and we are looking forward to having you back again!

  Really excellent place to stay. The apartment is HUGE and has great views. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

  My family and I had a great time using your condo. The photos do not do it justice to show how big this place is. We were able to sleep 7 people (4 generations) without being on top of each other. The place was clean and it was very quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful as well. We typically go to Myrtle Beach around this time to shop the outlets and we were surprised to see how close this place was to the outlet without being in the outlet traffic. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent it again if it's available during our next trip.

  We rented this condo for a girls tennis weekend (8 women) and had a wonderful time. The condo is fabulous. Very large, very clean and comfortable. The Kingston Plantation is a great facility. The courts were great and the location of the condo is wonderful. I wish our weather would have been warmer as we would have loved to have been able to have coffee on the beautiful patio area. I would highly recommend!

  This four bedroom "end" unit, with its quality furnishings and expansive balcony, are added dimensions to the ambiance and splendor of the beach experience and was even more than described. The wonderful nights' sleep, on the best beds ever, made every day a pleasure. It is obvious that the owners have spent a lot of time, energy, and money to make this unit "second to none". Their prompt attention to our inquiries was very encouraging as we looked for just the right unit to rent. Thanks for allowing us to experience your little corner of Heaven. We hope to return at another time and would highly reccommend it to others.

  This condo is so huge! Pics do not show how huge it really is. We had 8 people in our group but there was room for at least 4 more people comfortably. Everything in the condo was very good quality. The furniture was very comfy, beautiful, and expensive.The condo was perfectly clean...not a spec of dust to be found.The ocean front balcony was also extremely spacious with plenty of great quality furniture and tables. The Condo is located not central Myrtle and not North Myrtle...but in between.... which is considered Orry County, I believe.....very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Having the Appache pier right in front of the condo was nice...It is lit up all night long so you have a veiw of the ocean even at night.The pier offers fishing and a small arcade. There is a restaurant there...but not open during our stay. The only problems I had was that there was no heated pools and it was really cold the week of Thanksgiving. After investigating the entire resort, we found the only heated pool was in a building at the entrance of the resort (opposite where the condo is located) and they charged us $10 per day, per child...for us, we had three kids, so $30 per day was kind-of steep....of course, this would not be an issue in the summer time. We also experienced no cell phone service (AT&T) and no internet service. I could have called to get the internet problem fixed, but I thought, "Hey! I'm on vacation! I am OK with no phone or internet!" The condo we stayed at last year had a lot of programs and activities for the children...and that was something we really missed this year. Our kids seemed to be bored...(yes, they are spoiled)...so something for them to do without us having to break the bank would have been nice if organized by the resort. Overall, this condo is amazing and gorgeous! I am a very particular person and I fell in love with the decor and spaciousness of this property. I think if we had stayed during the summer there would have been plenty for the kids to do. The owner of the condo was very nice and easy to work with. I certainly reccomend this condo for others! You will not be disappointed!

  We have just returned from a week's stay at this beautiful condo.The Margate itself is a beautiful building. I have to agree with a previous reviewer-the pictures just do not do the condo justice. It is stunning!!! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, even more (great popcorn popper) and ate in several nights after long days at the beach. The condo was sparkling clean when we arrived. We had 6 adults and 2 children--plenty of room. The living area is wonderful and we never felt crowded at all. The Kingston Plantation is wonderful--secluded and secure, but just a short drive to grocery stores, outlet shopping, restaurants and any and all things "Myrtle Beach". Debra was a dream to work with. Our family vacations together, but I normally make the arrangements and this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. We are already planning to return in the spring! Thank you again Debra for opening your wonderful condo for us to rent and especially for how easy you made it on me. Brenda

  We had a wonderful time staying in your condo. The view is fantastic, the condo is beautiful. There was room for our family to be together, yet each have our space. We got some very much needed rest and relaxation.We absolutely loved it. Debra was great to work with. We had no problems making arrangements for our vacation. The only thing we would have changed would have been a longer stay in this condo. We certainly hope to be able to stay in this condo again.

  My Family and I stayed in this condo Last week and it was the best condo that we have ever rented. The pictures really don't do it justice, it is more beautiful than you can imagine. The kitchen is great for cooking, there is plenty of seating room for the whole family in the living room. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and we were incredibly comfortable. You look forward to coming back to the condo after you go out at night. The view in each room is wonderful. The balcony is very large and having breakfast out on the balcony in the morning and drinks at night was such a pleasure for us. We cannot thank the owner enough. She has it decorated so beautiful and the reservations were so easy. Thank you so much Debra, we cried when we left because we loved it so much. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks
