Our studio is located on the second floor in The Village of South Walton and across the road (30A) from the most beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green water! The Village has a quaint European feel with gas lanterns, cobblestone streets, shops and some of the best restaurants with everything from sandwiches to gourmet meals and all within walking distance ! Our studio has a most comfortable queen mattress and oversize chair that pulls out into a small sleeper suitable for a child ,lovely 'new' pergo hardwood flooring, 26' flat screen tv, all linens and other amenities to make for the most relaxing get away ever. You will experience a truly Old Florida feel with all the modern conveniences, at very resonable prices!

We spent three nights in this unit. It was a little bigger than we thought it was going to be. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect! It was a short walk to the beach. We had fun shopping and eating frozen yogurt! We will be back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Hi Carol! Just wanted to send a thank you for staying at your place. It was perfect! Loved the decor...esp the mermaids in the bathroom (my son has always called me a mermaid, so I have an affection for them). We did end up staying the extra night due to activities being "rained out" on Tuesday. While we loved the area, the unit had a few issues such as the bathtub not draining, a strange smell, and stains on the carpet. I'm sure these can be easily remedied but they did dampen our experience a bit. We wanted to tell the front desk upon departure but they were not open yet. However, we had a great time and would consider returning.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. We purchased our unit in The Village in 2005, after traveling to these beautiful beaches for many years! There is just no other place like this, it is the most relaxing and truly enjoyable place we have ever been. We love the bike paths and take full advantage everyday we're here. We can't say enough about the wonderful restaurants, there is such a wide variety (truly something for everyone) and all within walking distance! But, the very best ammenity is just across the street, the sugar white sand and that emerald green water of Florida's Gulf coast, you just must see it and experience it for yourself, don't wait any longer, make your reservation today!

We truly are just in love with the location of our studio, we are so close to the beautiful beach (just a short walk across the street). There are great restaurants within walking distance and we can't say enough about the family friendly atmosphere! We enjoy meeting people from all over, while out for a stroll in the beautiufl neighborhood or biking on the paved bike paths all along 30A.
