Enjoy the spacious gulf front master bedroom suite with its private balcony, tile walk-in steam shower, Jacuzzi tub, ceiling to floor windows, and cozy fireplace. And if that's not enough, you get the same full glass gulf front view from the Living Room too, with a nice outdoor deck just waiting for you! The large fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and counter space to easily seat 4-adults making cooking and entertaining at home a delight. Bring the whole family! But beware, you won't want to leave!
The home amenities include: 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and one bunk bedroom with 1 double/twin bunk plus 2 twin/twin bunks, 3-1/2 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, 2 fireplaces, oversized fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer, Computer w/Internet, wireless network access, free Vonage phone service, and 5 HDTV's with 5 DVD players. The master bedroom also has a mini-refrigerator. A two car carport is below the townhome and a private outside shower/changing room is located on the huge covered deck. Linens and towels are provided. ALSO NOTE, our west end unit is the only one of the 3-unit townhomes that is a rental. The other 2-units are private vacation homes that are seldomly used by their owners. If you happen to meet them, they're really nice folks.

This really was the beach "at it's best"! Everything we expected plus more! The place is beautiful, the beach is pristine, and the water is fine. We love Navarre Beach and now we also love this home on the beach. Looking forward to a return visit soon. Master suite is luxurious and all my guests were comfortable, too.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

We have stayed at this townhouse twice this year...once in early April and once in May...and it was amazing! Great location, the house was very roomy and had everything we needed. Would highly recomend it to anyone wanting to relax at the beach. The distance to the beach is so close you really don't have to take a cooler or cold drinks -- just walk back and get one. Also great to go back and get a nap in during the afternon - if you don't fall asleep on the beach!! We will defanitly go back....and look forward to our next visit.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

About: We're a mid-50's couple with 5-kids and 7-grandchildren that LOVE the beach! We bought this townhouse to retire to someday. In the meantime, we hope you can enjoy it as much as we do.
Why Private Homes:
We simply fell in love with Navarre. It's a much less crowded area compared to Destin or Pensacola Beach which are both within 30-minutes if we want to go there for shopping or dining (but don't often do so because Navarre meets our needs). We love the white sands and local ambiance.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Because we use the townhouse for our own vacations and ocassional get-aways, we have decorated and outfitted it with all the extra things that we want to fully enjoy it when we stay. This means renters get much more than the basic rental unit. And, you can watch the Dolphins swim by during the day or the shooting stars at night from the Gulf side decks.
