  This is the most beautiful home we have rented through VRBO. The house is luxuriously appointed with all high end finishes in every room. The kitchen was a dream to cook in with the Viking stove and Kitchen Aid appliances. The furniture is beautiful and all of the beds were very comfortable. There is generous living space to accommodate large groups easily. Having two living/family rooms was great so the kids could play and watch t.v. in one and the adults in the other. As this property sits on a hillside, the views are breathtaking and the kids were able to sled in the yard and had a blast! I would highly recommend this home to friends and family. Wade is a helpful and responsive homeowner and was a joy to work with. We did not want to leave and will definately be back!

  This luxury home away from home feels like something right out of a magazine. As you pull up in the driveway you are captivated by the amazing backdrop and views. Inside, the home is just as breathtaking. The mountain views from the master suite and great room are stunning! There is no expense spared on the furnishings of this home and you instantly feel that vacation has begun. It is cleaner than any hotel and the beds are very comfortable. We had a group of 14 and there was more than enough room to enjoy family time as well as opportunity to find a quiet space. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck after a long day on the slopes. It's far enough away from Winter Park to feel secluded but a quick 15 min. drive to the lifts. We also enjoyed inexpensive night skiing at Sol Vista just down the road. Wade was wonderful to work with and we hope to return to enjoy this mountain retreat in the future, possibly during the summer months. Thank you so much!

  My family of 12 stayed here in July. Lots of room for all of us to spread out. Beautiful setting on top of a hill with lovely views. The hummingbirds were fun to watch on the deck. By the time we left we felt like friends of the owner even though we never met. He responded quickly to all of our questions and made us feel welcome. The stocked bathrooms(shampoo, conditioner, lotions, soap, sunblock, hair dryers,etc.) and pantry staples were a plus. Spent lots of time on the deck and in the hot tub. We had a great time and would love to come back in the summer or winter. Very close to Lake Grandby and Winterpark. Would recommend to anyone.

  We ski in WP every spring break. This house was great. Besides the obvious beauty it was the extra things that seperate this house from other homes we have rented. It was the shampoo and conditioner already in the bathrooms, it was the numerous utensils and pots and pans. The owners have not skimped on supplies and it was WELL appreciated. The oversized deck was perfect for cooking out and the hot tub was used by all. Highly recommend this home.

  We had a multi-family spring break trip that was GREAT! The kids loved the ping pong table and spent hours building snow forts in the hillside. With two sinks and prep stations as well as the FULLY equipped pantry and accessories - we had everything we needed. The master suite is beautiful and spacious. The loft area with 4 twin beds was a great place to play for the kids. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own private space. We were even able to pull into the garage - Rocket Box and all. Wade was great to work with and we hope to spend another spring break in the house!

  My family stayed here for 3 nights and we all were wishing we could have stayed longer. It’s an absolutely gorgeous home and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! The great room has huge windows for you to enjoy the sunshine and breathtaking views. We didn’t even turn the TV’s on once because the great room and downstairs family room were setup perfectly for everyone to relax, chat, read and play games by the fireplaces. The ping pong table was a hit and of course everyone enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. My husband and I were fortunate enough to stay in the master bedroom and it was amazing waking up to the sunrise. I’m not a morning person but I could be if I had the luxury of viewing that every day. For those of you who enjoy cooking, you will not be disappointed! The kitchen is huge with a Viking gas stove and all the cooking ware you would need to make a gourmet meal. The last thing I wanted to mention is the owner, Wade, has been a pleasure to work with. He was very quick in responding to my questions and I thought it was hospitable of him to call us while we were at his house to confirm everything was going well and asked if we needed anything else. Thanks so much Wade! My family is already discussing staying at your house next year and making this an annual vacation.

  This was the perfect location for a girls' reunion trip! Not only did we enjoy the beautiful house and the breathtaking scenery, we really appreciated how spacious it was (plenty of rooms/bathrooms for 10 people) and the thoughtful details that the owners had not overlooked (fridge and pantry with staples, toiletries stocked in each bathroom, etc). It's apparent that the owners want their guests to enjoy their beautiful home to the fullest. I would highly recommend this property for large groups. Well done, owners!

  I recently spent a weekend at this home for a girls' getaway and it was EXCELLENT. From the gorgeous home, tasteful decorations, huge porch, comfortable beds, high quality linens & towels to the UNREAL views of the continental divide, it was a perfect setting for a relaxing weekend. The homeowners were wonderful as well - very easy to deal with and were very responsive when we had questions. HIGHLY recommend.

  My family stayed here over labor day weekend. The house was warm and welcoming and the owner has a very high level of hospitality. The hot tub has a fantastic view of the night sky and deck a great view of the mountains for morning coffee. Very close to golf course, Winter Park or Rocky Mountain National. The kitchen and double family rooms made it very easy to enable a spacious environment for 3 kids and 5 adults in our party. I would highly recommend this house - in top notch condition!

  My family of 6 walked up the steps to the front door and had expectations of this house. We opened the door and our jaws dropped. Beyond incredible, this home is everything and more that any family would be lucky to experience. The owner, Wade, ...well, all I can say, is the easiest person to talk and deal with that you could every want. The home....where do I start. A view of the Rockies from the great room that is beyond compare. The bedrooms are abundant, large and first class. All the amenities are taken care of and provided for. The furniture, layout, thought and design that went into building this home is magazine worthy. I know, I publish an architectural magazine for a living. This house could easily be the cover. We will be back and rent this house again. It's a one of a kind that has to be experienced.
