We had a wonderful time at this comfortable home. all was just as "advertised"! Pool was wonderful. EVerything was well maintained! We hope to go back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: We are a couple working hard to raise our family. We spend a lot of time with our children camping in the summer and skiing in the winter. We love to vacation in Florida.
Why the Owner Chose Port Charlotte:
We bought this house to enjoy when we retire. We have some time to wait before that day arrives. In the meantime, we hope that someone else can enjoy the beautiful, sunny Florida weather and our lovely home.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We are conveniently located less than one hour from both Fort Meyers and Sarasota airports. We are only 2 1/2 hours from Disney. While in Florida, we enjoy the quiet neighborhood with great neighbors and our own private heated pool. There are plenty of beaches to visit. There are a lot of golf courses in the area as well as great shopping.
