This is a perfect beach house just steps away from the best location on the North Fork. Walk out of your front door and stroll onto the sandy beach as you watch the sun rise on a magnificent shimmering bay that is as flat as glass. Meander down the shoreline for that dose of tranquility, and be back at your house for that second cup of coffee.
Perfect for families both young and old , the house offers many amenties and comforts beyond the traditional beach house. The kitchen is newly renovated and overlooks the family area and onto the bay. A full washer and dryer are on site and air conditioning is a click away .There are two queen size beds in each of the downstairs rooms, and the upstairs room has a queen and its own bathroom. A large wraparound deck is canopied by oak and maple trees and offers views of Peconic Bay.

We stayed at this wonderful place for a monthlong family vacation - it was a perfect experience! The house is lovely and well equipped, the owner very reliable and the surrounding area as serene as breathtaking - would recommend to everybody!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I and our 2 children stayed here over the summer and had a fantastic time. The house really is right next to the beach. The house was clean and well maintained, and you can't beat the proximity to the bay. The kids really loved the outdoor shower! We definitely would recommend this and plan on returning again .Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I grew up in the area and on Peconic Bay, waterskiing and fishing these waters. My family and children have also grown to love the natural beauty of this part of Long Island.
