Captivating, relaxing, bring your boat, you have your very own boat dock. Just 5 minutes drive to the beach. With this house you have it all. Closeness of the beach, bring your boat or jet ski jump in and go out to the ocean for fishing, tubing, & more!
This home is 2br 2ba, large screened in patio, private dock. It is on a tidal creek, watch the tides for access in and out. You are 1 mile to Tybee's Back River which leads you to Little Tybee (all 28 barrier islands). Don't forget to get your tide chart.
The top floor is the Master Bedroom; it has a queen bed and full bath. It also has a large private deck overlooking the creek and marsh. Also great for watching the sunrise in the morning while drinking your morning coffee.
The main floor is an open floor plan. You have a beautiful modern kitchen fully equipped with a dining table for 6. Also the living room is just off of the kitchen so you do not miss out on any family time while preparing meals. Step out of the back door onto the screened porch and enjoy the breeze as well.
The 2nd bedroom is also on this level. There is a queen bed and twin bed in this room with cable TV. The there is a full bath just outside the bedroom.
There is one additional twin bed on the main level.
This house is located just behind the Crab Shack on of Tybee's most popular restaurants. Just a short walk to lunch or dinner. They have an amazing display of birds and live alligators.
