Convenient location. We enjoyed the location off the main roads but not far from major attractions in Page County and the town of Luray. The historic cabin blends well with the surroundings while the interior was very modern with rustic charm, clean, well maintained and comfortable for our party. We enjoyed walking along the trails, sitting by the fire pit, and relaxing in the hot tub. Our group went hiking in the National Park, touring Luray caverns, and enjoying lunch at the Artisans Grill. Our dog Maggie enjoyed romping in the fields and woods. I would recommend this cabin and return again. My only complaint is the weekend was too short. Thanks Annette for allowing us to enjoy your property.

Great Place To Stay In Lurray!!!!
Great Place To Stay In Lurray!!!!
This house is very beautiful! My wife and I stayed for a weekend on her birthday in January. We had a great time and would highly recommend this to anyone for a nice get away. Close to everything. We were sorry we had to leave but plan on bringing the children back with us. The owner is great and will help you with anything you need. My wife forgot her coat and she made sure we received it back. Would highly recommend!!

FANTASTIC PLACE! YOU'VE GOT TO STAY HERE!
FANTASTIC PLACE! YOU'VE GOT TO STAY HERE!
My mother, husband and I stayed at Ms. Annette's cabin for a week in October, 2011. The views were spectacular! The house is nestled in a beautiful wooded area with views of the mountains around you with a close walk to the river and a fishing pond right on the property. Ms. Annette has thought of everything to make you feel at home! My husband is in a manual wheelchair and the accessibility of the house is superb. It's difficult to find places that are truly accessible but this place is it! You feel secluded yet you're only minutes away from the grocery store and other "civilization". My husband was thrilled with the DirectTV football package! Ms. Annette has thought of everything! We hope to return next autumn but this place would be great all year 'round! Thank you Ms. Annette!

Owner response: I am so glad you found our cabin to be easy to get around in with a wheelchair - this is so exciting. I am thrilled you all had such a lovely time and I look forward to your return. Thank you
I just stayed in this cabin from 8/26-8/28/11 and we had such a wonderful time! We went for a weekend getaway for my 30th birthday with a few friends and family. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and has wonderful views. The owner, Annette is such a hospitable, caring person and I can tell she put a lot of love into this cabin; from the floors to the kitchen to the wonderful master suite with a glorious tub!!! She even had a fire pit! Every detail was completed with care - the kitchen was a cook's dream - we definitely utilized it. The river was a block and a half away and we couldn't have been happier. We will definitely stay again.

About the owner: Designed a luxurious cabin to suit the needs of families that take care of the elderly, handicap or special needs persons whom deserve a vacation as well as their care takers... Here all can be comfortable...
Why the Owner Chose Luray:
I have owned property for a long time- I decided to convert this old house to a weekend rental to generate better income to help take care of my mother (which I did for 12 years) - she passed away in July 2010 right after I started this project. My daughter is big into hunter/jumper horse shows and plus i want her to continue what she loves to do. These were my two motivations - as I am a single mom - this is a beautiful custom built cabin -- You won't be disappointed - You will be amazed...
