Great Stay in Dillon
Great Stay in Dillon
Pleasantly surprised. The town house is spacious and very accommodating. It is easy to find, conveniently located and comfortable. Booking and check-in were a breeze. The property was clean and most importantly quiet. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and there are plenty of blankets and a wide variety of pillows to match any need. For the price and amount of space, you can't beat this property. No need to stay in a cramped condo in Frisco or on the lake front to enjoy your stay in Summit County. The only negatives are very very minor. We use homeaway.com often so we have a good sense of the "little" touches that make a stay extra special. So I would suggest providing condiments (e.g. the items that a visitor is not inclined to buy, ketchup, mustard, soy sauce etc), coffee filters for the coffee maker, and some pens (that was odd, there were no writing instruments anywhere we could find). All in all, a great property.

Owner response: Thank you for your comments. Condiments are not provided and the refrigerator is completely cleaned out after every guest departure because of hygiene concerns. There should have been coffee filters and I'll make sure to resupply.
We have gone to Breckenridge for several years to ski. This time we were are on a budget due to the economy. A friend suggested we stay outside the Breck area and ski other moutains, so we did. The townhome we stayed at was excellent. Great location, short drive to all the slopes. Close to the movie theater and grocery store for night time entertainment. Very clean and quite neighbohood. There were eight of us and we had plenty of room. Three bathrooms was a big plus. Owner is awesome she called to check on us. Rental company was great too very nice people.

Excellent Rental Property
Excellent Rental Property
This is one excellent property. It is totally equipped and the kitchen is fully stocked. Once you've unloaded your suitcase it feels like being "home away from home". It is also a great location, being close to I-70, the local supermarket, The Outlets at Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone & Breckenridge. The owner is readily available if you have any problems and will act immediately to rectify them. We recommend this unit to any family or seniors looking for a rental property in the CO mountains.

I stayed in this property for 3+ weeks during the ski season, and it immediately felt like home. It has a spacious layout and great location. The property and surrounding grounds were well-maintained. Best of all were the views of the surrounding mountains from both the deck off the dining area and the balcony off the living room. The owner called to welcome me soon after my arrival and she was accessible during my stay to answer any questions.
