Conde Nast Travel Magazine has called the Naples beach one of the ten best beaches in America. Vanderbilt Towers 2 is an outstanding value with our reasonable rental rates. Enjoy all of the benefits of living this close to the beach without the huge rental fees that other condominiums charge. Our gated community also has a geothermally heated pool and we are close to a variety of fabulous restaurants, upscale shopping and variety of water sports such as swimming, fishing, jet skiing, etc. All rentals are for a minimum of 30 days.

If you love the beach this place is for you - a five minute walk to the beach. Every morning we would walk the beach, go back and have breakfast and then back to the beach for a few hours. Later in the evening we could go back to beach for sunsets with a glass of wine. Days don't get much better than this. All the things you need for the beach are included-chairs, umbrellas and a nice cart to transport them. You are also very close to great shops and restaurants. Kayaking is very close as is downtown Naples. When we did have some problems they were taken very quickly by the owner. The condo itself was very comfortable for our needs. Eating on the lanai was also great because it faces the Gulf. We had wonderful weather and a fantastic vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We have stayed in this condo for several years and keep returning because of its wonderful location! If you are beach people, then you will love the quick access to the beach. The condo is very comfortable with king size bed, double couches that serve as comfortable beds for one or two visitors, two flat screen tvs with cable and wireless internet. There is a great lanai where we enjoy watching the sun set each night. The kitchen also has brand new stainless steel appliances. The condo is located in an area that is very quiet as the building is not located on a busy street as other buildings in the area. We enjoy daily walks on the beach or on Gulf Shore Dr. Within two miles of the condo there are Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and an upscale Publix. There are many great restaurants in this area, so it is not necessary to go far when going out for dinner. The owners are very responsive to inquiries about rental or to any problems.
