THIS IS A GREAT HOME! Never on a rental program, this home is pure luxury. Located in Cassine Village, it is a very short walk (200 yards) to the Gulf. The charming neighborhood of CASSINE VILLAGE offers meandering sidewalks and nature/fitness trails, two pools, tennis, basketball, and stocked pond.

Outside, the house has two covered porches and a screened-in porch with a brick paver circle drive to park up to six cars. Inside, custom built, there is attention to every detail. The kitchen is our favorite - Corian countertops, walk-in pantry, and smooth-top range are just a few of the perks.

There is a long bar with four stools that is part of the kitchen/dining area. We also have a dining tabl. There is a queen-size sleeper plus two recliner chairs to relax and watch TV. The decor is bright and cheery. The back wall is completely lined with large windows to bring in a lot of natural light.

Off the great room is the master bedroom with a deluxe master bath. Walk-in closets, his-n-her vanity, jacuzzi tub, and a stand-up shower with large picture window for natural light help you start the day off right.

The master bed is a king with a TV/VCR. Another great custom feature is the laundry room which is off of the master closet with a pass through to the great room. Upstairs we have two additional bedrooms - both with queen-size beds. The full bath has private entrances to both rooms for ultimate privacy.

NEW, we just added wireless internet service!!

As for location in SEAGROVE, we are in the heart of it all! Cocoons is just a one-minute walk, the public beach access at One Seagrove Place in immediately across the street from Cassine Village. You can walk to the Tom Thumb for a quick refreshment, Angelina's for lunch, the movie rental place and Bruno's Pizza for a dinner out. One-and-one-half miles to Seaside - you cannot find a better spot!
