Efficient and communicative property management company. I visit Taos annually and this property will be at the top of my list for future visits.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was lovely and the location was nice. The person with whom I made the reservation was good to work with, but I was not very pleased with the check in process. We had hoped to check in a little early (around 3:15 or 3:30, and because the staff did not communicate well, we actually ended up not able to check in until later than 4:00 pm, which resulted in us missing an appointment and caused a lot of trouble for us. Also, the wi fi did not work (we travel a lot and are experienced with how to connect to wi fi wherever we are if it is working.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Southwestern style unit in a great location. Walk to the plaza, or take a shortcut to Kit Carson Park. Quiet, convenient, well equipped. Our 2nd stay. Highly recommended.

Fresh natural wood smell,inspite of being pet friendly Nice quiet neighbourhood,pleasant 10 minute walk from plaza Cute looking condo well equipped with all amenities, beddings towels,washing and cleaning supplies. Great radiant heat tasteful decor.New flat screen TV a plus The only recommendation would be upgrading the water heater system and providing new user friendly door locks would definitely return

The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this rental at Dolan St. ....everything was generally well organized. Only a few very minor things, the front left burner on the gas stove does not light and could be a hazard if left on and when we first arrived at the office to pick up our key, the combination to the box had changed but we were able to reach someone by calling and that was easily resolved.

We have stayed at many places around the US using different services and I would say that this is the epitome of hospitality, professionalism and excellence...Can't wait to see you all again, larry and dale

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having stayed several places, this is my favorite Taos rental location. A very nice, well furnished, well equipped unit. Located on a quiet street, just a 10 minute stroll from the plaza. The only serious drawback is the mini-TV which needs to be upgraded.

The neighbors were very friendly and welcomed my family as a local. I would encourage everyone looking for a quaint place to stay to consider this condo. I would also encourage the property manager to return phone calls to guests. I left a message requesting information for an additional night stay due to the snow, but have yet to hear back. Just a guest relations suggestion.

The property manager was very unhelpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we were pleased with the actual property, location and condition, the management staff could use some work. We were unable to obtain definite answers regarding certain properties, and the cost of rental that was offered was twice that of other properties in the same complex. It is concerning to read the past reviews of this company by former clients. If changes are not made, I would not expect this company to be in the business several years from now.
