You will have full access to our CLUB DESTINY featuring three pools, jacuzzi spa, lighted tennis courts, a 25 seat IMAX theater weith scheduled movies, fitness center, large and modern playground, hiking, biking, and more! (**Note homes in Destiny by the Sea no longer have access to the Destiny Clubhouse and the amenities there, only Destiny Beach Villas do!)
Our Non-Smoking home can be rented as 2 separate two bedroom units or as one four bedroom vacation home that sleeps twelve. We are located less than one and a half miles from the Destin Commons Mall, theater, shopping and minutes from restaurants, golf courses, and off shore fishing.
**Please note - We are not allowed per our association to rent to under age 25. Families, or course, are welcome.

- Deck/Patio (2) : Front Deck and Patio overlooks Gulf. Incredible views at this end of the Beach Villas at Destiny!
- Balcony: Balcony upstairs looks out to Gulf with an unobstructed view. Balconies in the back over look Lake Destiny and beautiful views.
- Gazebo: Within Villas complex on the lake and has views of Gulf. A nice place to rest after a run along the scenic Gulf road.
- View/Location
- Beach View: Unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico! Literally 50 steps across Scenic Hwy (not a busy road) to the beach! Nothing to block your view like most of the other Destiny Beach Villas.
- Lakefront: Fresh water lake is directly behind the villa. Enjoy views off the back balconies!
- Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: The villa backs to Lake Destiny and is literally 50 steps to the sandy white beaches across a not very busy road. There is also a tunnel within 100 yards that places you directly at the beach!
- Water View: Most incredible Gulf views from both upstairs and down. This villa is one of the only villas at Beach Villas at Destiny that does have an unobstructed view. (#3)

The Unique Benefits at this Beach Villa
One point of contact - the OWNERS! Views and location are unbeatable. We LOVE to sit out on the front porch and relax. There is always something to see: a dolphin, a beautiful boat passing by or visitors walking/biking the path down Scenic Hwy 98. It is not a busy area and very laid back.

We absolutely LOVE Destin and bought this villa in 2004 so we could have a place to go with our family. We only live only one hour away in Gulf Breeze and manage the villa ourselves. We pride ourselves on personal service and treat our renters how we would want to be treated. Our villa is exactly how we would want a vacation rental to be if we were renting it ourselves - clean and updated.

Laura & Greg, We had the best time in your villa. We are so sad to leave tomorrow. Your villa is perfect. Between the ocean and the lake, each one of us always had something wonderful to do. The guys fished everyday and caught over 100 fish. They released them all except the ones a friendly heron snatched. :) This was our first time in Destin, but after crusin the whole area, we think we stayed in the best spot. We spent more time on the front balcony than anywhere else. The view is ever changing and always interesting. Thank you for a restful week. Phil and Pam Melkowski and Hans & Lou Recker (my parents)

I just had to write to tell you what a wonderful time we had in Destin - the kids had the best week of their lives' last week. Your villa is truly a special place, it is perfect! We came away last week with some new friends (from upstairs) that we will know the rest of our lives; they are wonderful people with a great family. We have started saving for next year already! Even thought we wrote you both a message in your guest book at the Villa, I just wanted to take a minute and express how very much we enjoyed your Villa. What a great location and the views are so peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and would come back in a heart beat when we can get some more time away. That bed in the master is wonderful, you feel like you're sleeping on clouds.

Just wanted to send you a few lines to let you know how much we enjoyed our week in your villa, "What a view". We started our day on the balcony drinking coffee and ended it there with a glass of wine, it was perfect. My husband and I even saw dolphins one morning. To make our week even more memorable my daughter got engaged the Friday night before we left, he proposed to her on the beach, I can't think of a better place. I signed your book while we were there but I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know what a great time it was, we will definately be back hopefully next year!
