If you enjoy beautiful views of the beach and living in the dunes then this is a great house for you. The crystal clear water and fine sand beach has made St George one of the top picks by 'Dr Beach' and Sports Illustrated in 2012.

This is a modern 2 story, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house built in 2003 with all the amenities. There are 2 master bedrooms with King size beds, one Queen size bed and 2 kids room both with bunk beds. We sleep a total of 14 (12 in beds and one new pull out couch). There is an Elevator (Deposit required for use)
Enjoy the kayak that comes with the rental and paddle with the dolphins or kick back and enjoy reading a book on the peaceful beach.
If you want to watch some TV, each bedroom and the two living rooms have TV's. The kids love to play Ping Pong on the screened in porch!

Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: We are a Norwegian family that moved to Texas in 2001. We love the beach and St George allows us to have some fun family time together. We hope you enjoy our house as much as we do and come back in the future.
Why the Owner Chose East End:
The one acre property is a short walk through the dunes to the beach. We really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the ease of walking back and forth to the beach. We always leave a base camp on the beach during the day. There is an empty lot in front of us which makes the house feel like beachfront. Since taking over we have been upgrading the house, replaced walkway to beach, installed shutters on the side of the garage, new patio in the back, new stainless steel appliances, some new artwork and furniture.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Waking up to the beautiful sounds on St George and drinking a hot cup of Java while watching the dolphin swim by gives us a joy we can't find many places.
