  It was a last minute reservation and I wanted to stay in PGA since they have a beautiful Resort and is close to the beaches. The previous review was not so encouraging but I emailed the owner and talked to her and she sounded very nice. I trusted my instinct and I took the chance and the experience was excellent. We had a welcome note with a basket with fruits, flowers and wine. Everything was neat and clean. The owner was really nice and available. The location is excellent, gated, and very close to nice restaurants such us Seasons 52 with a seasonal inspired menu at the intracoastal, Capital Grill, Cheese Cake Factory ,P.F. Chang's, etc , shopping, beaches and banks. Highly recommended!!

  We rented last year and had a wonderful experience. The owner lived nearby and was available to answer any questions that came up. She was very gracious. The home was well maintained and had all the emeneties we needed. Our grandchildren enoyed the pool and also used the facilities at the resort as well. The location was very convenient to resturants and shopping. We enjoyed our experience and have rented again from the owner for 2013.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We rented last year and found this a wonderful house. The owner lives on the property and was always available. The location was perfect. We were not too far from resturants, movies and shopping. The PGA Resort was convenient for golf and dining. Our grandchildren came down and had a wonderful experience. They met many children their age at the club pool. We had such a wonderful experience that we will be renting again this year.

  This was the first time that we rented through VRBO and were not sure what to expect and were so pleased to be greeted by the owner upon our arrival! The town home is lovely with a well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill by the heated pool. We had our adult children with us as well as a grandbaby, so cooked and ate at home most nights. The floor plan worked well with the family room with a flat screen TV, main floor master suite and the two additional bedrooms and bath on the second floor. We used the backyard heated pool and also the neighborhood heated pool. The PGA neighborhood was wonderful to walk through and also has a park with a play area for children. Grocery stores and specialty markets are nearby as well as restaurants and shopping malls. The owner was so nice and always available to answer any questions. We had a wonderful vacation!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This rental was exactly what we were hoping for. It had all of the amenities we needed for meeting our sons and their wives. It is always a bit nerve-wracking setting up a rental from a long distance and having all of your family flying in from different places with the hope that the rental will please everyone and that there will be enough space. We were thrilled with the space in the house (three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a sleeper couch, full sized dining room and well stocked kitchen for cooking; the fact that there was a pool for morning exercise and a place to relax,and a beautiful neighborhood to walk in! The owner was extremely hospitable and helpful and even had a beautiful, fresh bouquet of flowers to greet us! The furnishings were in good taste- we had the best vacation we have ever had with our sons and their wives and will definitely consider this rental next year. We had a chance to eat in and also eat out at some beautiful restaurants on the water. We would recommend this property for any family who loves being together- It was a pleasure dealing with this owner - Many thanks!!!

  this is one place in florida i could call home....the furniture,kitchen,pool,bedrooms,state of the art appliances...being a student i could not ask for anything more....perfect house for a vacation...groceries,clubs,restaurants..etc are approximately a mile away from the house and that is only because it is situated in the middle of beautiful green trees and lovely lakes...everything in the house worked perfect and i never had a complaint...and i am looking forward to get the same house when i return to florida!...thanks to the owner for everything!

  The description was not accurate, it was listed a private house and it is a townhouse. The house was not clean, carpets and furniture were dirty, bathrooms were not clean, did not have proper equipment to clean with, dishes in the cupboards were dirty, the pool had not been cleaned, hot tub had been painted and was informed we couldn't use it after driving in from Michigan, owner said we would have permit waiting for us at the gate when we arrived, and we couldn't get in the complex, I would not recommend this property and would not stay there again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.
